Essa é a segunda que compro. A primeira foi pra mim, gostei tanto que agora comprei a segunda pra presentear. Ela é firme, de fácil montagem e desmontagem para higienização e muito eficiente para secagem das folhas.

This is my second OXO salad spinner. My 1st one was over 20 years old and I liked it so much but the pump for spinning was getting worn out. This new one is slightly smaller and a bit different in design, but works just as good. I love that I can pump it a few times and the bowls spins for quite some time before I have to pump it again.

So I've owned this spinner for 3 years. I have a large garden and this spinners cleaned about 300 heads of lettuce, pounds of various herbs, lots of leafy greens like spinach, beet, sweet potato, and amaranth. The ad claims it will stop on a dime but it's more like 8 dimes but still good. I'm not particularly gentle with it either. Gardeners know the challenge of processing food peak season; the faster the better. It did fail after the 2nd year. Why 5 stars then? You can take it apart. I simply twisted the top from the center plunger, realigned a spring, reset a rod, and reassembled it. Quick and easy.The best thing about this? It seals. You can put any food in this thing and it will keep it as fresh as the day you put it in. Noticeably longer than in the fridge crisper..by weeks. It's not the biggest sized spinner you can get, but it's close and does a good job. The ad also mentions using it as a serving bowl and I imagine if you're not putting so much food through it it will still look good, but after 3 years the inner basket has rubbed the bowl edge (over-filled it probably too many times) and made marks on the outer bowl. Also, while it was presentable enough for a serving bowl, it has a center spike that the inner basket sets and spins on. Anyone not familiar with it being there might snag the spike while trying to get their salad and risk dumping it or knocking it around. Should this ever fail I wouldn't hesitate buying it again.

This a wonderful product and works as advertised by the company. The product is easy to put together and clean after use. The product makes preparing a salad so easy. I was really surprised how much water was removed from my items.

Decided to switch to taking salads for lunch. I wanted a salad spinner, but not the typical large size taking up all kinds of space. Took a chance on this small one and I couldn't be happier. It's just the perfect size for a meal sized salad. Since I'll usually make more than one at a time for the upcoming work week, this is perfect for even portioning. The inner basket is a handy little colander even when you're not making salad. The mechanism is very smooth, the brake works well, and it's easy to clean. I'm always impressed with the amount of water strained from the leafy greens. Hasn't shown any signs of wear, so I expect this spinner to last a long time.

Convenient size for two or three diners. Works well. Durable, except note that this is our second purchase because the bowl (only) of the first one became deformed in the heat of our dishwasher. Not sure there is a warning about that in the packaging. But we bought another one because the first did a good job. Apparently the other parts (spinning mechanism), survive the dishwasher environment and can be separated for cleaning.

This is my 2nd smaller Oxo Good Grips Little Salad and herb salad spinner. It’s well made, and it’s the perfect size to make two portions! It’s super easy to use, and feels solid. I don’t like making salads without it as it definitely does its job spinning the excess water off of the lettuce or herbs you are rinsing. No soggy salads here. Oxo makes quality products. If you are making salads for a family, I would suggest buying the larger size.

So far.. I LOVE it! After our last one cracked (it was a different brand) I wasn't ready to drop $25+ for a salad spinner. This product way exceeds my expectations. The acrylic bowl is very sturdy and thicker than I was expecting. The spin basket is also better than expected. Clearly I had low expectations. This product comes apart for easy cleaning. The bowl has a grip bottom, love that! Once the lettuce is spun take the basket out and use the bowl to serve the salad. WE LOVE IT!! Would definitely recommend. Chef's kiss

Los productos Oxo suelen ser un poco caros comparados con la competencia pero tienen excelente calidad y funcionan muy bien. Este centrifugador es lo mismo: excelente calidad y funciona muy bien.
