My favorite handheld stapler!

I purchased this stapler for the billing department at my work, as the stapler they had had begun to jam and the handle was falling off. The one they had was a swingline just like this, but it was the economy line. Since these staplers get dropped quite a bit, the cheap one eventually started falling apart. This one is built much more sturdy, and so far, has survived dozens of drops without so much as a scratch. I would definitely recommend this product for any office.Update: I had the bottom plastic handle/grip break off on this one after nearly three years of daily use. When the handle goes it makes the stapler swing open on its own, as the plastic grip piece catches against a small tab, holding it closed (admittedly not the greatest design). I contacted swingline about getting a replacement grip, and they said they would cover it under warranty. They got a brand new stapler in the mail for me the same day. I only had to provide them with the model number and my purchase information.To me, that kind of hassle free warranty service adds a ton of value to this product compared to some other brands I've used.

The stapler is easier to use and can handle more pages than the standard desktop style. It is also easier to handle. I have been using this style & brand for about 10 years exclusively and will not use another.

Swingline what can I say about swingline can we see the foundation of staplers the stapler is a heavy duty stapler it has great comfortable grips easy to load easy to use I am quite sure quite confident that mine will last me a lifetime and even outlived me unfortunately lol . But it is an excellent stapler if you want to stapler that is extremely heavy duty and comfortable to use easy to load then look no further swingline is the foundation and go to when it comes to staplers hands down. And I think Amazon for bringing this product to market to all the people at Amazon thank you so much for bringing all these wonderful products to us

I purchased this stapler because of the security cable loop that is practically useless because of its size and position.The angle and size of the too-small loop doesn't allow for the insertion of a security cable. I ended up having to feed a zip tie through the loop and attaching the zip tie to the security cable. Also, the stapler broke within a few weeks.The spring popped out and the accompanying directions don't describe where it belongs or how to reinstall.

I use these staplers to attach extra streamers to rosette award ribbons. The bottom piece is thin enough to fit between the ribbon and cardboard backer, and the part that dispenses the staples is near the front. (A traditional stapler is too bulky and the staples come out too far back from the head.) This is the second one I've purchased because I loved the first one so much! It's great for normal stapling as well. Very easy to squeeze and it doesn't bounce back in my hand like the cheap staplers do. The grips also make it nice to hold on to. This uses full strips of standard staples which is also convenient. -Jen
