I have a lot of important papers and documents I keep lying around, and quite often, they get mixed up with the wrong stuff or gets knocked over and makes a mess. With that said, I waited far too long to find a real simple solution to that, so that's why I came here an Amazon, to finally get myself a stapler.I'm very picky on what I buy here, and I pay very close attention to the ratings and reviews, because I only want the very best products out there. With that said, I found this stapler, and then went through the reviews to see if they could convince me........they did! They looked credible enough, and the rating was already very high, so I took a chance and bought this stapler, which I just received a few days ago.I tested this out with the Swingline S.F. 4 Premium Staples, and this stapler worked like a charm. I tried stapling anything and everything I had, printed out, and this stapler didn't fail me one bit. I loved the look and the functionality of it. This was definitely a smart purchase, and I look forward to using it a whole lot more, now that I have no reason to keep my documents together in a somewhat orderly fashion. I honestly recommend this stapler with great ease, and I give it a solid 5 stars. Thank you Amazon.com!

08-03-2026This is a better grade of stapler and I am glad that I bought it. Once you put the staples in, it doesn't jam like the lesser grade ones. You can also open it and staple paper to the wall which is what I like the most about it.

08-03-2026I bought this SwingLine stapler to replace a (20 year-old) one that disappeared from my desk. I was pleased that the build-quality (sturdy, metal feel), and all-metal parts are still in vogue at SwingLine. Be advised that the finish of the older staplers was mottled, or matte to prevent stapler slipping out of your hand. The newer staplers (of this model, anyway) have a notably more smooth finish, and no mottling or matte texture to the paint. Please consider this as 'FYI only' — I am still happy with the stapler: the finish doesn't affect the great performance that the stapler delivers.
