08-03-2026Easy to slip on, light weight and very supportive. I suffer from bouts of sciatica and the support that these give really help - I have now got stocks to last me the next 10 years! Worn about the house as slippers, in the garden as gardening shoes, out for long walks as walking shoes and as a much welcome change from walking boots after a 14 mile walk around the Peak District.

08-03-2026Well made shoes. Easy on and off. Very protective and supportive. I use them for around the house and if I need to go somewhere they carry me on walks and trail hikes in comfort and style. Great all around shoe for up to and including moderate paved or graveled trail walking. Perfect for what they are designed for and a bit beyond as well. Merrell builds shoes right. For me, my 4 different styles of Merrell's have been what has kept me going, greatly reducing knee pain, foot and ankle pain. And since I can walk correctly it has also reduced lower back pain. I can trail hike for long distances again...nearly pain free and never wondering if I can walk the trail back home. I always make it back. Thank you Merrell for sticking to old fashioned honesty in crafting your shoes and for keeping them scientifically up to date as well You have my deepest gratitude and respect.

08-03-2026I have always found Merrell to be a long lasting shoe (ie. 3yrs). I have previously bought Columbia and Clarks shoes, which fell apart after just 6mths. So back to Merrell again..!! Fingers cross, it will last another 3yrs.

08-03-2026Great shoes at a great price. Comfortable fit, easy to take off and put on. I get lots of compliments when I wear these. I wear these for work often as they are very comfortable to be walking and standing for long periods of time.Got these when they were on sale so I couldn't be happier. I own 4 pairs of these style of Merrell shoes and would gladly buy another pair once I need them. They last a long time under normal wear, obviously these are not work boots so normal use is fine, dirty work these may break down rather quickly. Great arch support and width, sizes are true.I would buy these again no problems, they come in standard retail shoe box.

08-03-2026Bin super zufrieden mit diesem Schuhmodell und habe mir dieses über die letzten Jahre hinweg nunmehr zum fünften Mal bestellt - einmal in schwarz, einmal in hellbeige und dreimal in der Farbe „Gunsmoke“ (dunkelgrau), wobei mir die zuletzt genannte Farbe am meisten zusagt. Meines Erachtens ist die Farbe ideal für den Alltag, sie passt gut zu Jeans, zu einem legeren Büro-Outfit oder ist bestens geeignet für einen Spaziergang bei Schmuddelwetter mit dem Hund. Die Schuhe in besagter Farbe kommen recht schmutzunempfindlich daher, wenn man sie gelegentlich mit Imprägnierspray behandelt, sind sie auch zuverlässig bei Nässe.Ansonsten sind die Schuhe sehr bequem wenn man sie ein paar Tage eingelaufen hat. Vom Handling her kann man einfach und rasch in sie hinein schlüpfen und auch wieder heraus - ein großer Pluspunkt gegenüber der herkömmlichen Schnürsenkelzubinderei. Die Preise der Schuhe variieren sehr stark. Mal kostet das Paar 98,00 €, mal 69,00 €. Das von mir zuletzt bestellte Paar, konnte ich in der black week in der Größe 43,5 für 56,99 € erstehen. Nach Angeboten Ausschau halten lohnt sich daher auf jeden Fall.

08-03-2026Merrill hikers fit me right out of the box. I like these Jungle Mocs because we don't wear shoes in our house and I can slip these on and off as I work in the garden and come inside. As I get older I appreciate being able to wear these without bending over to put them on and lace them every time.I never intended to wear these hiking but two months ago, I met my sibling for a hike. I meant to take these off and switch to regular Merrill hikers before leaving home but again, getting older, I forgot and didn't realize it until reaching the trailhead. Thought I was gonna have a bad day and sore feet or slip and fall etc. SURPRISE- I had a nice hike and my feet felt just fine. This was not a big hike, just 3-4 miles but the Colorado ground was hard and gravelly with a decent elevation gain>Bottom line is you can use these for mild hiking but I still think normal laced hikers are better choice if you are doing some elevation or harsh terrain. Around town these are VERY good. My second pair. The first pair that I am writing about are still good enough and I have used them fairly hard. Washing the car, rotating tires, working the garden and putting them on and off without a shoe horn. They are durable and comfortable to walk in.One more thing: When they were newer I used them to travel. I could wear the to dinner in the evening and walk around and explore new towns in the day time. Not tuxedo wear but dressed nice for semi formal dinners

08-03-2026I wear a 13. These fit. I was gifted some other Merrell boot-type things in a 13 and they are small. These fit. I have bought three pair over the years. I've turned other people onto them as well. Great support from all sides of the shoe. Unfortunately, they never seem to go on sale.I highly recommend these. Not for rock climbers or outdoor people only. Anyone can benefit from the quality of this footwear. You will immediately feel more confident and comfortable in your step.

08-03-2026These shoes I bought so I could wear them out and about for non work related activities,They are very comfortable with really good arch support and a feel of quality. They are a lightweight slip on shoe but not sketchers cheap light, have good arch support so no insoles needed. I’ve bought 2 pairs of sketchers and both were terrible and got returned,they collapsed almost immediately ,not for heavy people ,I have worn these for quite a while now and still like them. These shoes grip on most surfaces well but definitely not all which is why they only got 4 stars due to that, watch yourself closely on wet floors in places like McDonald’s or gas stations…..instant missing feet or quick relocation.
