Learning Resources Colored Safety Goggles - 6 Pieces, Ages 4+ Classroom Accessories, Perfect For Kid's Science Experiments

Our Science Olympiad team was running a little short on chemical splash goggles so I got these to throw in the team box. With such a low price, I was very surprised to see the high ratings and that they are ANSI Z87. Wow. They arrived on schedule and I was happily surprised to see that not only are the goggles Z87, but they are Z87+ (high impact). What a bargain! We'll be able to use these for ALL our Science Olympiad events requiring eye protection.By the way, the middle school kids love the fun colors. I love that the lenses are very clear and don't distort and that they fit a variety of face shapes and sizes, and fit over glasses fine too.Other goggles we have in our team box have a little softer plastic on the side and a little thicker elastic around the back, so these are a little cheaper quality, but for $3 a pair (the price I paid -- the page indicated this was a sale price) I'm willing to live with a little stiffer plastic or thinner elastic. Chances are, our team will lose a few of these in the next month or two, but at a low price, they won't be hard to replace.

Great choice for indoor eye safety. These are not "children's toys." They are adjustable, full sized eye protection, suitable for children or adults. I used them for a Cub Scout chemistry demonstration, and they worked great. The colors are bright, thus appealing to children. My only reservation is that they "fogged up" quickly, which is a common problem with goggles with closed sides. If you do not want fogging, consider eye protection with open sides. If you want full eye protection, or you want colored goggles that will appeal to children, these are a very good choice.

Well packaged and don't feel cheap. My kid likes them and doesn't usually like stuff on his face..nice colors.

Purchased for a science theme birthday party. The kids loved them and were delighted to wear them throughout the party (and keep them as a favor). The quality and fit were excellent.

These are great quality, soft and comfortable with wide straps for a good fit. The plastic lenses are very clear and come with a plastic film protector on both sides.

The goggles are very good quality googles and fit my 3 years old students well, but I was disappointed that one of goggles had no adjustable straps. I only giving the goggles 3 stars because of the missing adjustable straps for one of the goggles.

I purchased these for our Play School of 3-4 year olds. Our first week at school we had a construction theme, so added these to the dramatic play area with child sized construction vests, orange cones, trucks and hard hats. We only put out a couple. I am sure we can utilize the others throughout the year. They are a little large for the smaller children (2/3's) and they need help / practice to get them on, but work well for the 4 year olds. I think we can make them work when we talk about oceans too.

These goggles are great for experiments, for B.B. gun play, etc. They are pretty sturdy, and perfect for excited children who may toss them aside in excitement. These glasses aren't going to break easily! Great construction. The plexiglass is really strong and you can let the children do experiments or play their games without having to worry about injury to their eyes. I can't stress enough how important eye protection is, and these are a great price for the comfort of knowing your children/students are safe. There are different colors so the kids get really excited picking out their pair. I would suggest these to anyone who is a teacher or parent!

We used these for our Nerf war and they worked really well. They were a bit big for my 3 year old but it worked well enough. They fit my older kids perfectly. The kids loved the different colours. The kids also use them for dress up.

For my kids' family birthday party, we told cousins to bring their nerf guns and have a nerf battle on our cul de sac street. My only condition - they had to wear goggle to protect their eyes. That's where these came in. Adjustable, comfortable, and kind of cool looking in the different colors. Worked out well for our purposes and the price was right. As with most plastic items these days, they had a slight odor out of hte box, but it went away after leaving them out for a day or two.

These come in handy for so many different reasons. We have used them for science experiments, fossil digging kits, putting pool chemicals in the pool, etc. I even use them at times as an adult.
