Awesome stapler! Very good quality. I used it to staple something on a wall, it got stuck of course, but my husband was able to easily fixed it and now it works perfectly. Now, I know not to use it on hard surfaces!

I used a friend's inPOWER stapler on a bulletin board and it was LIFE CHANGING! It made my work so quick and easy! I was super impressed by the lack of jams, and wonky staples that I frequently get with my regular stapler, so I ordered my own. What I got was a stapler that worked some of the time, with the loading tray constantly popping open while I was using it, causing me to stop working and fix it. I even had to rig it with a rubber band, to help keep the tray from flying open. As if that wasn't annoying enough, every few staples, I would get a mess of 3 or 4 staples together with one sticking out of the bulletin board. I'm so aggravated with this stapler! It seems to work just fine as a regular stapler, but as a teacher, I am frequently stapling on bulletin boards. With the chaotic start to the school year, I missed the return date. Very disappointed.

Great stapler, no jams, it's metal so it's got some weight but the easy touch is great and easily does more than the stated capacity. The staples it comes with are on the bottom in the rubber part for those who couldn't find them, and loads effortlessly.

I have had this stapler for about a year, and it performs as a stapler should: it fastens 2 or more sheets of paper together and can be used for tacking.Pros: it easily lives up to its 28-sheet capacity, and fires the staple into the stack like a bullet with just a light press of the handle. I have even stapled as many as 37 sheets, and the staple went through effortlessly, but I had to manually bend/flatten the prongs on the back of the document with a letter opener; not a bad thing, considering I was 9 sheets over the stated capacity! It could maybe fasten 40 sheets of standard copier paper, but the limiting factor is the length of the staples, not the power of the stapler. The PaperPro seems well made of plastic and metal; it takes standard staples and loads easily; and it operates with just a light press.Cons: although one of the descriptive images on Amazon's website gives the impression that it can stand on its "nose" on the desktop, it absolutely can not. They way its designed, it simply won't stand on end. This was a real disappointment, as I had hoped to keep it on my desk, but it resides in my drawer due to its normal-sized footprint. I considered deducting 1 star for this design oversight (the manufacturer could have easily tweaked it to stand up), but it works so well I had to go 5 stars.Three additional points: First, the pictures (all three of them found on different part of the Amazon webpage) show the staples being loaded into the stapler upside down. Besides being shamefully stupid and laughable, following this "image-guidance" could damage the stapler with the first push, and at the very least you will staple nothing but the inside of your stapler (and have to clear the resulting obstruction). Second, a picture shows a person loading the stapler through some sort of flap. There is no flap; just turn the stapler over, open the baseplate 180 degrees, and load as usual. And third, when you open the base plate to use the stapler in "tacking mode," the charging slide opens automatically for refilling, so just ram it shut before trying to use the stapler as a tacker.Other than big, heavy office staplers I've used at work for joining 100-page documents, this is the best stapler I've found. If you keep trying -- unsuccessfully -- to join thick documents up to 30 or so pages, this is the stapler you want.

So many staplers are just cheaply made these days. They are flimsy and jam all the time. Not this one! This is a great, well-made, sturdy stapler. No need to pick it up to use it. Just leave it on your desk and stick paper underneath and press the top down a bit. It will SNAP! Stapled. This Rarely jams. Overall, super happy that I spent the extra money for this better quality stapler. Spending more and getting a better product is always a good value. It will last years.

If someone had told me ten years ago that I'd be extolling the virtues of a STAPLER to parties far and wide, I would have laughed and suggested they seek help. Yet, here I am, tell you just how great this stapler is. I've had both the Prodigy and its larger high-capacity cousin for about a year now. And, with regular daily use in my business, we've not had a single staple jam. Regular use of the very easy (versus the usual teeth grinding that accompanies use of a stapler when punching through a number of pages), and the stapler feels good in the hand, is ergonomically designed, and has that great "snap" like a larger power stapler. It truly is a one-finger operation to staple a large stack.I have absolutely no complaints of any kind for this stapler (or its larger cousin) -- it does exactly what it is supposed to do, it does it very well, and I don't have to think twice about how many pages are in the sheaf in order for the stapler to punch through. This is the ONLY brand of stapler that my business will be buying, period.Major thumbs up!!

Really like this stapler. Takes very little force to fire the staple, but you need to make sure and apply good pressure all the way down to ensure staple ends clamp properly on back side of page.

The staple itself works as expected, but the way it arrived was disappointing. When I opened the box, the tag that should have been attached with zip ties (or something similar) had already been cut off. It looked as though the item had been used, returned, and then sent to me without proper repackaging. While the staple functions fine, it’s frustrating to receive something that appears previously handled when I purchased it as new. I do plan on keeping the staple, but I expected better quality control from the company.

Best I have ever had! We keep one in each office (3) in our home, and also in the two guest rooms, just in case they have need of one.I bought only one as a try out. Going to replace all the others! This works great, one finger is all it needs (I didn't really believe that claim before trying it!). And it takes many sheets of paper at once. This is my ideal of what a stapler should The extra staples stored within it, hidden away, as an emergency refill is a wonderful idea!
