Glad to see them still making this as its clean and classic looking and durable (I had the same one for years before losing enough weight to make it too big).The brown matches a pair of Ted Baker shoes I have perfectly - somewhere in between the darker almost reddish brown and a true tan. The subtle "worn" effect breaks up the color nicely and also matches my shoes perfectly.I've always heard you're supposed to buy belts two sizes larger than your pants size, but I usually wear 32s or 31s and the old 34 was massive. I got the 32 here and it fits perfectly on the 3rd hole with the perfect amount of extra belt loop visible.Overall no complaints. At a good price point this is a nice addition to my wardrobe.

The main reason I buy belts on-line is for the size. I have a hard time finding 50" belts in the B&M stores and I hate to shop! I've had this belt for close to one year now and it's held up nicely! There are very little signs of wear and NO signs that it's about to split or break any time soon (a problem I've had with many cheaply made belts in the past). Good quality, the right size, and stylish. Thank you Perry Ellis for catering to the "big guy".

My belt looks great!BUTIt is made of "bonded leather"."Bonded leather" consists of bits & pieces of leather bonded to plastic. Certainly NOT the "leather belt" I expected and paid for. "Bonded leather" is not as durable as real leather and has an anticipated life span of 2-3 years before there is apparent cracking and loss of pliability.Would NOT buy again.

Got this as a replacement for my old Perry Ellis dress belt and the quality is still just as good today as it has every been. I bought my last belt three years ago and it is still in great shape but there was a mark where the buckle sat on it for so long. It became noticeable when I moved down a waist size and decided to get a new one. Great belt that will last. The traditional styling is also something to consider. This belt will never go out of style.

The belt I received was smooth black "leather". It appears well sewn and has a nice dressy look to it. Regarding sizing, I wear a 46" in dress pants and ordered the belt in size 50". It fits me perfect, with the buckle over the center hole. Now, the bad. It is clearly stamped on the reverse side, "Bonded Leather". This means it only has about 10-20% real leather scrap fibers and the rest being some kind of plastic slurry. So, it looks good initially but will not hold up like real leather and may even flake off with use. Don't know how long it will hold up, but it was a reasonable price for a tough to find big-man's belt...

I am impressed with the quality of this belt. I purchased this belt before and they last several years while still looking new. I have tried other brands but non have lasted as well as this belt.

Have this exact belt now in both brown and black. The quintessential dress belt. Exactly as expected.

I like this belt, I've been re-buying the same brand and style (this one) for many years. This purchase was easy, quick and smooth. I love the belt (hence all my re-purchases) but they do wear out over the years with cracking and peeling. Whether that's par for the course in this price range or not, I don't know.
