We bought this new stapler for the office for some commercial print jobs that we do. Such a massive improvement, very little effort to staple as opposed to previous which was like a full body press. The only small flaw is the measurement tab is a little easy to move, and almost needs to be firmed up by duct tape so as not to lose your place when stapling multiple jobs.

haven't used it very much so I can't speak to long lasting durability, but I absolutely love it. Stapling booklets is so easy with this stapler.

I love this stapler. It has a great power boosting mechanism and you can staple through 12 pages with literally one finger. It has an adjustment feature so you staple right in the middle of an 8.5x11 booklet, perfectly.

Bought this stapler to create my own little zines and books at home. It does the job well. I’ve only used it for stapling together books with regular 8.5 x 11 paper so far. It’s pretty easy to use.The only negative I have is the little sliding stopper on the stapler for adjusting the width of the book doesn’t lock in place so if you’re aligning the papers and push a little it will shift the position. Just something to look out for when stapling for precision.

This long reach stapler seemed good but also gets stuck a lot where something seems to be blocking it from stapling

This is the third time purchasing this product. Unfortunately, several years ago my first one broke because a student helper used it without me knowing and pulled it the wrong way. So store it somewhere safe and out of reach because others will be intrigued by this stapler! I purchased another one and several years later, I stored it at the end of a school year and when I returned, I forgot where I stored it! So store it someplace safe AND where you will remember. I purchased it again recently because it’s the best I’ve used. My school had some others that are cheaper but they do not work as good as this one. I had to push really hard with one and another kept malfunctioning and I had to keep pulling out the crooked and broken staples, problems I’ve never had with this one. I decided to just buy another one. I love making booklets and reusable flip books as references for my students. My most recent flip book consisted of 4 laminated cardstock papers and this stapler EASILY stapled them. This is the only long reach stapler I would buy!

Our office personnel recently began to create program booklets for the variety of celebrations that we are involved in. We thought we were safe in purchasing the Stanley Bostitch AntiJam Long Reach Standard Stapler, 20 Sheet Capacity (B440LR) to bind these together; however, we ran into a brick wall (actually, it was literally a paper wall) when we neared and got to the stated 20 Sheet capacity (or less than that while using card-stock) that is stated in its product description. Both standard and chisel-point Stanley Bostitch Premium Standard Staples, 1/4 Inch Silver, 5,000 per box (SBS191/4CP) staples seemed to just crumble rather than penetrate these piles of paper. Success rates did not vary according to the amount of force used in stapling. We decided not to return or retire the Bostitch, but rather leave it for those less demanding jobs that we know are certain to appear. A little more research (the "more" I probably should have initially done), led us to purchasing the PaperPro 1610. The product description says, "80% easier to use than standard long reach stapler" (which in this case is the Bostitch). I would say it's at least 100% easier. It does the job with standard staples with the touch of ONE FINGER as advertised. This was obvious from the first booklet stapled. It is so effective; you would think it was electric.

This stapler does the job! I had recently purchased locally, a more expensive name brand longreach stapler, that claimed it did 20 pages. It would at best do 16 thin pages, but worse than that, most of the time it wouldn’t staple at all! I had to return it. I even tried another, the clerk thought it might be defective. The second one behaved the same way. This one is awesome, it is like night and day. It is true, with one finger it easily staples 25 sheets of regular printer paper, every time! It sort of fires the staple. I am so impressed. As well, i ordered on Sunday night, and it arrived on Wednesday, in rural Saskatchewan. Full marks!

From the reviews I was kind of skeptical about this. Now I can see how there's probably user error. Pay attention to what you're doing and it'll work out - it's a good stapler.

I got this as I have 100 booklets to staple and the old booklet stapler's spring has failed. I was very pleasantly suprised by how easy this stapler staple through the paper with little effort I need to apply on the stapler. You can truly staple with a single finger. Whereas for the old stapler I have to slam down real hard to have it pierce through all the paper. It staples through the paper with authority and consistency. Didn't have a single bad staple after my booklets are done. Will buy it again.
