We've been using Hi Mountain for years and this is the absolute best flavor. Everyone wants our jerky! They make it for sausage sticks also, so that's what we're making next. You will not be disappointed.
Will not disappoint. We have been using Hi mountain Jerky seasoning for several years. Easy preparation. Outstanding Jerky! Every seasoning we have tried is delicious. Easy to follow instructions. Quality product!

Easy to use and divide into smaller batches. Excellent flavor as always. Nice thorough cure and even flavor throughout the batches.
The instructions are very clear on amounts of seasoning and cure to use. I use extra lean (96 per cent lean) ground Angus. I use a dehydrator and it comes out fantastic. The black pepper/garlic suits me, but you can add some red pepper or jalapeño flakes for more heat. I noticed this company makes many degrees of seasoning. Great value for amount of jerky made.I like beef jerky strips, but it is so expensive and as Forrest Gump said, “You never know what you’re gonna get.” BTW, I use an old caulk gun type press I bought years ago.
I've been making my own jerky for 3 months with recipes out the net.Got HI Mountain now and its the only way to go. Did 5lbs all came out perfectly delicious. I recommend 100%
As a first timer using a jerky gun, the instructions were perfect,,, I'll add some of my own spices on the next one including the remainder of this kit. Kit can do up to 15lbs of meat. I did 5.5lbs and followed measuring instructions. Came out very good. I would buy this product again.
I love the simplicity and branding as well as the convenience all I'm one package plus it really does work well tastes like mom and pop jerky and can easily be used to make ypur product sell as good as the big brand names it's quality stuff
