Though I don’t have the ability to test the actual function of this scientifically as to its efficacy in filtering, I can report that I don’t smell the lacquer very strongly at all, and I can breathe well with it. It is a well made mask, and I really needed a new one, so it was a good choice at price and quality for me,

Love this mask! I’m using it while soft soldering jewelry. It’s comfortable, light weight and fits really well. I don’t even really notice I’m wearing it. I do have a hard time fitting my eyeglasses over the nose piece, but I just wear my Optivisor instead.

If only I had bought this years ago. I am terribly sensitive to chemicals and VOC’s, and even with low VOC paint and ventilation, I always feel awful after painting. I recently renovated a property and wore this respirator sometimes 8 hours a day and never once did I feel woozy or suffocated from lack of air. It was a game changer for me and at the end of the day I felt great, with no exposure to fumes, dust, or chemicals. It fits great and is easy to wipe out. It’s also very easy to take on and off for fresh air breaks. Plus, it came in handy for my sons Breaking Bad costume this Halloween!

Mask was easy to set up and comfortable to wear. Used it for spray painting and it filtered everything out including the fumes. Very happy.

This mask was great at filtering dust and scents! Could breathe easily, much better than a typical N95 mask. It was easy to put on and fit well. Very impressive for the price!

Does what it’s supposed to do

Exactly what i was looking for, works well when i do laser engraving and cutting.

I like the product. I got it for cleaning our basement after an anti-microbial agent was sprayed and the product caused a reaction for me. I was able to spend hours cleaning in the basement with no issue. I was working in a stinky environment with very strong smelling vinegar. Once the mask was on, I could not smell anything! The filters do restrict airflow. So, I found I needed to take a break about every 20 to 30 minutes and remove the mask. The only issue was the instructions. They are extremely confusing and written as if the product is purchased (or delivered) in completely separate pieces. However, the mask came almost completely assembled, so I only needed to follow the last direction.

The P100 filters provide outstanding protection against dust and particulates, while the OV cartridges do an amazing job at eliminating strong chemical odors and fumes—I barely notice them at all when wearing this.Breathing feels natural with no resistance, and I appreciate that the design doesn’t fog up my glasses. It’s durable, well-constructed, and clearly built to last. This respirator has become an essential part of my safety gear for woodworking, painting, and any project involving solvents or chemicals.Overall, 3M knocked it out of the park with this one.
