Kalem açacağı ile açılan kurşun kalemler belli zaman sonra elle tutulamayacak kadar küçülürler. Böyle bir durumda bu ürünü kullanın.

This pencil extender set by Derwent is truly an excellent choice of tools for the pencil artist. The extenders come in two packs, with two different extenders, each designed for different width pencils. The black extender is designed for standard width pencils up to a width of 7 mm. While the silver tone extender is designed for the wider pencils, up to a width of 8 mm. Derwent is one of the finest names in artists color, aquarelle, pastel and their unique "Inktense" pencil lines. Their pencils are of the highest quality and their range of color selections in all their lines is very broad. So, when I purchased these extenders, I expected that the quality of the devices would be very high, considering that their very fine pencils are of the highest quality, their extenders should be of a like quality. I was NOT disappointed. Both extenders use plastic upper shafts for lightweight and cost conservation. Both use metal end pieces on their plastic shaft to hold the pencil stub securely. The 8 mm extender has a lower screw-on lock ring that is all metal, probably aluminum as it is a very lightweight metal. But in addition, the screw on lock ring for the 8 mm pencil extender is also made of metal, and therefore gives a high level of secure lock down to the pencil, especially advantageous with wide width or triangular professional grade pencils. The 7 mm extender also uses a plastic shaft. However, at the end of the shaft is a metal setting which is where the pencil stub is inserted. While the lock ring is a plastic component, it is well designed and should give many years of use without breaking. Both extenders have excellent balance. And both extenders live up to the quality of the Kohinoor line, one of the finest in the business.I therefore give this device a full 5 star rating and highly recommend it to all serious pencil artists who are using pencils which often run as high as $3 up to $6 per pencil. At those prices, the extender pays for itself in a very short amount of time. The designs are both well balanced and comfortable. I highly recommend this set of extenders to all serious pencil artists. Do not hesitate to try this set of pencil extenders. You will not be unhappy with the results.

    Perfect for short color pencils

Some reviews mention that the threads grind when twisted and they do right out of the package. They need just a touch of fine lubrication. What I did was rub the threads in my corner of my nose. That is not a typo. Nose, like face nose. My nose, and probably yours too, has just enough oil there to lubricate those threads. Nose then tighten and release a couple times and they're smooth as silk. Easy fix.I got these to hold the short ends of woodless drawing pencils. Too expensive to throw away a big piece when they get short. The 7mm (black) one holds them perfectly. Will pay for itself in time.I don't have any pencils that fit the bigger of the two. My pencils, a few are too big, most are too small. Your milage may vary. Derwent apparently makes pencils that size that I don't use.Overall I'm pleased with the purchase. Would buy again.

At first I couldn't figure out how to use these but then I watched a video of someone explaining them and it turns out I just wasn't tightening the grip enough. Nice colored pencils are EXPENSIVE and I used to have to throw them away while there was a lot left because they were too short to grip. Now I can actually use the entire colored pencil that I paid big money for.

Didn’t like the construction. The (hexagonal) pencil wasn't able to stay when fully tightened. Somehow, it didn’t work for any of the pencils I have. I was hoping for a quality product owing to the name

Lightweight, nicely made, so far they're durable. My only complaint is that the twisty thing that holds the pencils or releases them is ridged for grip, and this is uncomfortable when writing. For drawing it's fine because I tend to hold my pencils at the end instead of at the point when sketching, but for writing, oh no. So I sewed a leather sleeve over that part, still has the grip needed for use and now it's comfy.

Since I use mainly Derwent pencils these were a lifesaver (wristsaver, if you will). I like the metal, it's gonna scratch and look nice and vintage in no time.

They work for regular size pencils but since I own the Derwent lines I find they do work for the Drawing 24 which is what I wanted the larger adapter for. You need to gently bend the inner handle/holder opening to accommodate where the handles were screwed down too tight from the factory. Works well with my CaranD’Ache Pablo’s, Prismacolor Premiers etc

Great product. Fits nicely in my hand and makes drawing so much easier and free than using tiny pencils. Seems to hold the pencil securely. Probably will buy another set.

If you’re an artist this is essentially a must. It’s really great if you’re broke like me and don’t want to constantly buy new (expensive) pencils when they get too small. They’re also a really good size as they’re not too clunky in your hand, and you can grip it well. Easy to use, good quality, my only complaint is that the colour chips a tad, but personally I’m not too concerned with aesthetics.

I love these extenders. I am using the smaller one regularly, and honestly, wish I could buy a couple more of just that one. The 8mm is for my charcoal pencils, which I use for commissions and special projects, and why I bought this set to begin with. However, I am LOVING the feel and usefulness of the regular pencil sized holder, and can tell a huge difference in quality and control vs the cheaper brand I have been using. Wish I could augment just that one. Derwent needs to make this available. Right now, there is no other option as far as I can find.
