08-03-2026So far, so good - I just tried it for the first time and my hands feel great! Spent the whole day cleaning the bathroom, and my hands were just a mess. My cuticles have been dry and gross for months due the cold winter weather, and I've always had issues with flaking and peeling skin on my fingers. After using this, my hands actually feel nice and soft again! My cuticles need some time to heal up, but I have hope that this stuff will help get rid of the dead skin so they can grow back properly again.

08-03-2026Love this product for my "nurse's hands"! Since I must wash my hands at least 30 times a day my cuticles were raggedy until I tried Surgeon's skin secret one step manicure. Love how smooth and soft my hands are . Vanilla smell is pleasant too! Hope this product isn't discontinued like so many favorite perfumes and hand care products I've loved in the past!

08-03-2026Two stars deducted because the jar I received appeared to have been previously opened and used as the seal wasn't intact and it seemed there was some product missing. Nonetheless, because I was very much looking forward to trying this after having read all the glowing reviews, I went ahead and tried it. I can now add my own glowing review about the product itself -- it works more effectively than other of the other scrubs that I have previously tried. My hands feel so soft and the scrub removed all the little scratches from my cat's claws.

08-03-2026I thought the price was a bit high for the size, but you only need to use a little. It works great and really makes my dried out nurse hands feel soft and moisturized again. Not greasy at all and the exfoliating is gentle but effective. It can be easily wiped off with a wet cloth with no residue in case you are unable to fully wash. I will definitely buy this again and also try out some of this brands other products considering how well I think this one performs.

I prefer the vanilla scent. The fragrance is subtle, not overwhelming, and doesn't linger so long that it interferes with other aromas. Looking for a fine and understated way to have comfortably soft and healthy hands and feet? You've found it!
