I bought the 2-piece set in burgundy mainly because it claims to be 21" height x 14" width x 8" diameter. The dimensions were accurate for width and diameter but height measures 22 inches tall including wheels and even pressing down the top strap. These measurements work for domestic airlines (e.g. Delta, Alaska Airlines), but the height does not work for Canadian airlines (e.g. WestJet). I still took a chance and luckily was able to take this carry-on onto four WestJet flights without issue. This Travel Select carry-on slid into the overhead bin easily. We were asked to place the carry-on into the sizer just once either at FLL or YYZ Airport and passed the test. It comes with a separate lock but I would not rely on it; it is a really cheap quality lock that looks like you can open it without using a key. Material feels durable. As we were on the move for seven days, the retractable handle was still working after constant retracting and extracting the handle which was good, but I could feel it is starting to wobble a bit. The travel tote is a nice size but I did not use it because I prefer backpacks. The travel tote shoulder strap is not good quality; as in, don't carry heavy stuff or the straps will surely break off the bag and that would not be repairable. Overall, for the price I paid (40 bucks), it is an inexpensive price even if it lasts for one trip.

I am giving this set only one star because of the customer service. These looked like nice bags so we packed them up and set off to the airport for an adventure. Upon arriving at the airport we found that the handle on the large bag would not extend. Too late to do anything about it under the circumstances so just struggled with it. On arrival back home, there was a large tear in the second largest bag so it seemed that the luggage was not durable enough. We put in a request to Amazon to return the set. Evidently, this seller does not allow Amazon to handle returns so we were referred to the seller who informed us that It couldn't be returned because it was used. I wonder how one would know it f it were defective if one had not used it. Anyway, the seller sent us to the manufacturer who agreed that it could not be returned, but it MIGHT be eligible, for repair or replacement under the warranty. OK. We were sent a form to fill out with instructions that before we filled out the form, we MUST read the entire warranty. Done. They also wanted to have 2-3 pictures for each of the damaged cases sent showing the damage plus the front of the cases. The pictures had to be of a size that no one had to scroll down to see the complete picture. (Really?!). Also, a copy of the invoice from Amazon had to be sent in jpeg. form. OK. Got it. THEN we had to fill out the form stating the model number of each case which was to be obtained either from the tag that came on the case (riiight! I always save those. Who doesn't?) or obtained by going onto the company's web site to see what the number is. Surprise, surprise, there is nothing on the web site that tells what the model number of the individual cases might be. I took a quess, and proceeded to fill in the form with my name, address, city, state, country, email, and everything else except the hospital I was born in 72 years ago. Great! Ready to go! I hit send and error messages popped up. Much to my surprise, there evidently is no such place as the location of the house I have lived in for 36 years! Back to the drawing board. I deleted everything on the form and re-entered all the information, being careful to make SURE it was all accurate. Hit send. There is STILL no such location. I finally gave up and wrote to the company again to tell them of my irritation and that I intended to write a bad review. No answer for a week, so here is my review. If anyone would like a nice-looking, albeit non-functional, set of luggage, I would be happy to donate this one. By the way, I very seldom write reviews at all but this one needed to be written.

This luggage was durable. It was large enough for me to pack my clothes for an entire 7 day trip. It rolls easily. It is small enough that it fits in the car with lots of other luggage. The zippers are good quality. It is a pretty blue color. And it doesn’t break the bank.

Purchased 2 for hubby and I. They are super nice, grey. Needed new luggage. We are heading for our cruise next month. Sure they will be fine. They look pretty sturdy and like the pockets for shoes and such. It's been over 15 years since new luggage, so super excited that we have matching. They came on time!

Nice suitcases. First impression was the condition of the package. Pretty beat up. Looks like they had been returned a couple of times. But the suitcases were in good condition. Ordered these 1 week before our trip. We used them one time (trip to Hawaii). They didnt fair very well....rip on e suit case, and broken zipper handles. We were a bit disappointed. I understand that baggage handling at airports and aircraft can be brutal, but we expected that they should fair pretty well. That was not the case, so we returned them after our trip. In defense of the suitcases, these would be more suitable for in-car travel that air travel. They are nice suitcases. Good size, and plenty of pockets for storage. My 3 rating is just for that. Hope this helps everyone.

Great size for a few days getaway. I can never fit all my things in the smaller luggage, no matter how hard I try unless it's just an overnight. With this, there's room to spare, even for 3 or 4 days. The orange color makes it easy to spot.

I bought this set for a European tour and I was thrilled with them. This is a great set of luggage, and the price I got it for made it even better! I'm not super strong but I was more than able to haul my bags on and off trains. The wheels are inlaid so they're more resilient to bumps. I don't like the 4-wheel bags because they tend to take up too much storage room, so the 2-wheel design was perfect. There is so much space in these as well - most of the pockets expand, and the zippers are strong enough to resist a little bit of tension. The handles and carrying straps do loosen somewhat after use, but so far they've stood the test of time.I wasn't expecting to use the smaller laptop bag, but it is super convenient! So much storage, and I love that it slides comfortable onto the other pieces of luggage.Overall - price = great, quality = great. Highly recommended!

I bought the one size, which has the three cases and tote bag. The large case is lighter than expected at 3.35kg, great as it can have more weight in clothes. The medium case weigh 2.78kg and small case 2.53kg. The small case is good for carry-on a Ryan flight but I normally use IT luggage as it weighs less for carry-on.Have not used yet but I expect to survive a few Ryanair baggage handlers treatment. Other reviewers complain of the condition after a flight, I have no suitcase that survived like new and I expect wear and tear. For the money these seem great. If these cases do as good as the cheap case my daughter destroyed on her last flight, I be happy. Kids think that it can take all, she rocked up to airport to self check-in, had her foot under while being weighed and got her 20kg ticket to put on case, unfortunately when she had to drop the case on the conveyor it showed 33kg. The baggage attendant then informed her she would have to pay £180 charge, she nearly wet herself and said she will go back home, he took pity on her and charged £60 for a second case. Stated that she was lucky that she was not over 33kg as the baggage handlers would not accept. I was surprised the case held together with the handlers, but she destroyed the wheels herself getting into and out of airport.I shall add to this review when the cases have done a few flights.First flight, Ryanair Dublin to Newcastle 19kg, case stands fine, with just one little bit of a mark on the side. Survived baggage handlers well, I cut off the strap on top as it just there to get caught during handling. Looking at damage, can easily be glued back. I got no issues with these cases

I bought this expecting to need just one suitcase and ended up with five matching pieces — not a bad surprise at all. For the price, the value is fantastic. The set includes a range of sizes, so there’s a bag for just about every travel situation, including airline-friendly carry-on options.Whether you travel light or heavy, this set covers it. Durable enough for regular use, plenty of space, and surprisingly well-made for the cost.If you want one purchase that solves all your luggage needs, this is an easy yes.
