They don't fit my face very well, but got them for chopping onions and it works well enough for that.
I bought this cuz I accidentally splashed cleanser in my eye—I had to rinse my eye for 20 minutes and rushed to the emergency room to save it.So guys, please, wear this to stay away from medical bills.
Really good products.
3M 91252-80024 Chemical Splash/Impact Goggle, 1 -PackDate Purchased: December 24th, 2019Received: January 6th, 2020Total item cost: $6.27 (Product itself was $5.69, plus $0.58 in tax; shipping was free)Item arrived within 13 days of ordering with using standard shipping; however, I placed the order on Christmas Eve and of course the next day was Christmas, so no mail delivery. There was also no mail delivery on the Sunday after Christmas, New Year’s Day, then the following Sunday…so poor timing on my part when placing the order. Yet there was no rush needed here for the order, and this was the typical and reasonable waiting time for orders placed on Amazon without choosing any expediated shipping (especially with two holidays and two Sundays involved). The item arrived in a simple sealed shipping bag; this was fine due to the 3M goggles being flexible and not prone to breaking. Further, the 3M goggles come in their own sealed bag anyway, so the packing was a non-issue. (I would rather deal with this simple packaging anyway, as opposed to having a box to break down.)Upon opening the packaging, there is a slight rubber/plastic material smell. However, products made from these materials are known to have slight smells such as this, so it was not an issue for me. With time, with the 3M goggles being out of the packaging, I am sure this slight smell will dissipate. There are four pieces to these goggles: the soft and pliable (rubber?) clear structure, the firmer clear plastic eye shield itself (which is already set into the surrounding structure), the four hard plastic white vents (already attached), and the black elastic strap (which comes attached as well). The 3M goggles are flexible, and have some give to them, but the eye shield itself is hard plastic; it can be bent a bit, but could possibly break if bent far enough. The 3M goggles fit fine without any adjustments to the strap at all. Yet if the user needed to adjust the elastic strap, it is quite easy to do. As is, the 3M goggles fit fine on me, so no adjustments were needed. I wear glasses, and was at first skeptical if the 3M goggles would fit over my glasses. To my surprise, they fit over my glasses perfectly, without any adjustments or discomforts at all. There was also no nose-pinching; overall, the 3M goggles fit great and were quite comfortable.I used these 3M goggles on three separate “projects” in order to test them out before writing this review: cooking on the stove, a wood-working project involving my closest, and washing my dog…A few years back, I was cooking on my stove making hamburgers and had some grease fly up near my eyes, hitting me in the cheek. After that, I took to wearing some lightweight goggles such as these whenever I would cook such meals. That being said, I tried out these 3M goggles while cooking a similar meal, and IF there was another grease issue where it would fly up, these goggles would have prevented any injuries to the eye. There was no fogging up of the goggles either, due to the four ventilation pieces embedded within the 3M goggles.I then tried out the 3M goggles while working on my closet. I needed to use a small electric saw to cut off some areas of wood that were causing some problems with the doors closing smoothly. In the past, I would never wear such goggles, and that of course can be risky…these small wooden pieces can fly up and enter the eye, as well as the dust involved. I have been lucky in that nothing had ever happened before with wood or wood dust entering my eyes, but from this point forward I will always use goggles. So, with this closet project, I decided to use the 3M goggles. This was a good idea, since there was indeed a lot of dust and chips of wood; I had some in my hair and dust on my face, but thanks to the 3M goggles, nothing got into my eyes. There WAS some wood dust on the goggles afterwards, but this was easy to brush off. I then rinsed them off and dried them off with a paper towel; easy to clean and wipe off debris. Finally, I used the 3M goggles while washing my dog. As with the wood-working closet project, I used the 3M goggles instead of chancing it; meaning, I didn’t want to risk getting shampoo in my eye, which can sting. After the initial washing, and then with the dog shaking a lot of the water off, the 3M goggles were quite spotted with water/soap…yet nothing got into my eyes. Again, afterwards the 3M goggles were easy to clean off and dry.All that being said, these 3M goggles did their job: they protected my eyes. For these types of everyday uses, especially projects around the home such as the ones I described, these are really great goggles and I would suggest them to anyone needing such eye protection. I also want to emphasize here that (because of the ventilation pieces) they do NOT fog up, and that they fit perfectly over my glasses. Further, they were affordable, comfortable, and easy to clean. They appear pretty durable as well, but if they ever broke down in the future I would re-purchase these same 3M goggles. Highly recommended.
Nice goggles. Used when spraying paint. Impossible to clean but not bad for a single use. Tried to clean them and they just scratch. It's a small price to pay to protect my eyes. Used them in the sun and my eyes did not feel protected from UV whatsoever but I guess that it to be expected from a clear pair of goggles. Overall not bad. Will buy more.
exactamente lo que buscaba, perfectos lentes y a buen precio
If you've used a pair of goggles likes these in a lab or construction, these will be the same. This works for me, as I only use them to keep pressure washer soap from blowing into my eyes.
I use these to cut onions. They work wonderfully.
Muy buenos, práctico y bbb.
Muy buen precio a comparación de otras tiendas y llegada del transportista en buenas condiciones, al resorte le falta calidad.
Bought this for school lab, worked all the way through the course of a year. Perfect, but it fogs.
Okay. Weird fit on the outside of eyes…not a tight seal. Fogs up pretty fast. Good for a short term use but if you are doing a full day project like insulation they will fog up, get in the way, allow particles to get inside , and are more annoying than helpful
