Contacted the relative after Christmas when he returned to work, and asked if it met his expectations. Response: I love the pen! It's really nice and writes really well. I'm already using it this morning!!"

08-03-2026I know this pen is on the cheaper side of designer pens, but still its very very meh.I have a few viscontis, a parker, a shaffer, and a....ugh....cross. I dont expect this to match my viscontis but still, i expected better.Specifically its the twist motion. Feels rough and cheap. A good pen buyer knows you can put whatever refills you want, so you dont judge a pen on its ink or smoothness of writing or anything, you judge it on its weight and feel, grip, finish, twist action, etc. (Btw schmidt refills are amazzzzing)This feels good, decent weight, looks simple and sophisticated, but the twist action is so very lacking, a sign of lackluster quality. I cant get over it.As a nice everyday pen, your better off paying a few more bucks for a shaffer. Stay away from cross, and aspire for a Visconti.

08-03-2026I worked at pearl arts and crafts and sold pens , I always liked watermen pens , it’s hard to afford back then and I saved and got my dad one , well Amazon at this price is selling it worth the butter writing , it fits well in a alpaka wallet , it does stick at times as an fyi ,
