08-03-2026Make sure your satisfied with whatever style you choose because your hair will NOT budge with this hair gel! This stuff has a STRONG hold that lasts forever. A little goes a long way, so this container size should last for a long time.I dont think it's great for curl definition because its a pretty thick gel. Your curls will be hard, crunchy and heavy. I think its great for all hair types, but not for all hairstyles. I have thick, 4a/4b hair and it holds my slick backs perfectly, but I wouldn't use it for a wash n' go or anything like that.I dont experience any flaking or residue, unless I try to brush or comb it, but that happens with any gel. It dries down with a nice shine, and it plays well with the other products I use. It can cause build up, so maybe use a clarifying shampoo on wash day.

08-03-2026First time using Xtreme Pro Expert styling gel. I am impressed with the texture, plus it Holds my hair well and last all day. This is the first styling gel I used that does ot leave my hair looking white.

08-03-2026Not as strong of a hold as I was expecting. It did not flake which is a good thing however my daughter’s hair was a frizzy mess after about 6 hours does not last long at all .

08-03-2026This is my go to gel. It works well on African American natural hair. It’s not crunchy. I mix it with a moisturizer and it doesn’t turn white. I t refreshes well so you don’t have to use it everyday.

08-03-2026This product is has softness of maybe 40% and the rest is hold. It does last all day until you wash your hair I think it's a little lighter and texture than the Eco styling jail. It's not as thick, but it does hold.
