Citizen Women's Eco-Drive Dress Classic Diamond Watch in Two-tone Stainless Steel, Mother of Pearl Dial (Model: EW1824-57D)

I'm old. I shouldn't have to put up with the sort of physical abuse I suffered after I bought this for my wife and presented it to her. She needs to know that I don't appreciate being lifted bodily up and thrown down onto the bed so that she can satisfy some sort of primitive urge she claims is perfectly civil and not hostile at all. Anyway, she likes it a lot. It's quite beautiful. Plus, it tells time!

When I saw this watch on amazon I knew I have to have it. I have had Citizen eco-drive watches before and they work excellent for many years. Although I have already a nice eco-drive watch (with no diamonds) I fell in love with this one (the Regent two-tone Diamond watch). Being for a reasonable price and looking like a top brand watch (which are so hard to afford) this suit my budget much better. It is a lovely watch decorated with real diamonds and the beautiful design is top notch. It feels more like a lovely bracelet and at the same time a wonderful time keeper. I love it in other words. Yes as others had said the gilding is very thin and it scratches easily which I have noted already after one days using but I will be more careful with this one since it is so precious to me. Very happy with my purchase!

Looked a long time to find a watch I loved and this checked all the boxes!! Eco-Drive so no more battery changes!!! Not too big, not too much bling and lovely to look at. Sapphire crystal dial cover, gorgeous mother of pearl dial with REAL diamonds!!! The bracelet strap finished it off perfectly :-)

I got it for my mom. She is very happy! It was not easy to find something elegant, not massive, with pearl face, diamonds and sapphire glass. My mom is petite and modern large watch wouldn't look good, but this one have 26mm dial so I'm so glad to find this one. On the picture yellow metal seems very yellow, but in reality its calm normal gold tone.

My wife loves the watch, yes it is small and real hard to read the date but for sure it is worth the money.I read some of the reviews and saw what some people were yelling about the watch being small.My wife is 5 foot tall and it looks great on her, the quality of the watch is great.I would buy again..

Love, love, love this watch! I have a larger female hand and wrist, most bracelets do not fit me, so the watch is a flattering size for me. I love the look of the mother of pearl face and the diamonds really sparkle! The glowing face makes it possible to read in the dark, though I like an 'indiglo' face better. The band is appealing, very comfortable, and so far has not come open unexpectedly. I went to the citizen site and found a certified jeweler in my area that happily adjusted the band by removing one link. Perfect. I like that I will never have to change the battery and I don't have to worry if I get it wet washing dishes. I haven't worn it in the shower or swimming but read other reviews saying it was not an issue. My only complaint is the date display. I can't read it at all. WAY to small. Also set for 31 days in a month and you have to manually change it when there is less than 31 days in the month. They should just get rid of it in my opinion....useless and a bother. So I dinged them one star on the 'easy to read' section for that but really would give that section 4.75 stars and overall 4.9999 stars.

The watch arrived today, and I am very pleased with it. The face is easy enough to read, and although the date is a little small, that’s more the fault of my aging vision than the watch. I read a number of reviews before purchasing the watch and I registered this watch with Citizen. It is a genuine Citizen watch, so I don’t know where anyone got the idea that it isn’t. I believe someone said their jeweler told them that it was not the watch was in perfect working order when it arrived, was easy to set, and so far so good.

I was so happy when it was delivered. I didn’t know it would look as good as it did in the write up about it, but it looks better. I can’t believe how many features it has and I plan on wearing it every day. It’s comfortable, lightweight, scratch resistant and water proof. The dial is absolutely beautiful with the mother of pearl face and the diamond markers. I wish the diamonds around the bezel were just a bit bigger but that’s certainly not a flaw. I would highly recommend getting this watch for people who want the best in life.

I bought a Citizen Eco-Drive watch a few years ago from Macy's in Bellis Fair Mall in Bellingham, Washington and was hooked (the one on the right in my picture). It's my go-to work watch and I wear it every day for 8 to 10 hours Monday to Friday and have to say it's the most comfortable and durable watch I have ever owned. The fact that no battery is ever required and also that the watch can be washed with soap and water without any damage is a huge plus for me.I bought the Citizen Women's Eco-Drive Regent Two-Tone Diamond Watch EW1824-57D in 2018 from Amazon and meant to leave a review (the one in the middle in my picture) The Regent Two-Tone Diamond watch has been my favourite fancy watch when I want more sparkle and dazzle for the night. I had to take it into the watch repair shop to remove a few links when I first got the watch and have to say it looks fabulous even on my small wrist. The watch band is solid and well made, it sits well without moving around my wrist and the clasp is solid and tight. I had lost a new watch in the past so I am extra careful in double checking that the clasp is put on properly.The mother of pearl face have a beautiful soft shimmer of different colours when the watch is held at different angles. The square diamonds on the face stands out beautifully and sparkles in the light. The clock hands light up in the dark in a green glow and the date is quite visible though the number is not very big. The little studded diamonds around the the watch circumference paced out with gold tones is very dainty and adds elegance to this stunning watch. The time can be easily changed with the little knob on the side and the two tone watch band which makes it look very smart. The watch doesn't require a battery however just 2 minutes of light exposure a day is all it's needed. I also put this watch inside the safe for a month and it still worked even after a month of darkness however it's not recommended to store in the dark.This watch is stunning in all aspects, I am extremely pleased with this purchase and Citizen Eco-Drive watches are the only ones I will stick to. My husband recently bought me a Citizen Eco-Drive Ambiluna Collection rose gold tone watch with the most beautiful and delicate band, complete with a diamond bezel for my birthday (the one on the left in my picture). What you save in buying new watch batteries and the hassle of replacing them makes these watches the best and the battery has never failed me even once. Citizen offers a a whole line of beautiful and elegant Eco-Drive watches for many tastes. My husband is now also hooked on the Eco-Drive watches and owns a couple of them. In my opinion, they are affordable and the best of the best in the class of eco-watches.

I love everything about this watch, no need for batteries it is eco drive it is always accurate and very comfortable to wear. The fastener is brilliant doesn’t open without pressing both sides so secure. I love the mother of Pearl face and it looks lovely in the day or with evening wear.
