- Fiuggi water is a natural, oligomineral water that pervades tufaceous (calcareous and siliceous rock deposits) hollows beneath the spas of Fiuggi. Exotic stuff.
- The scientific effect is a filtering action that purifies and reduces mineralization in the water, while creating a potent diuretic chemistry.
- Fiuggi is prescribed in Italy for expulsion of kidney stones, and supposedly inhibits their formation; it is also indicated during preparation urinary calculosis procedures and post-op treatment.

08-03-2026I won’t lie, it is expensive. But I suffer from fibromyalgia and other physical disabilities and I gotta say, the difference in my physical well-being is remarkable from drinking this. I feel healthier and more comfortable in my body, and I was moving around so much more easily just gently taking sips throughout a day. Drinking a lot at once is a perfect way to detox and flush out a lot. You may sweat profusely if you drink a lot of this, but it’s purely the detoxifying action of this mineral water.

08-03-2026Fiuggi has been enjoyed for 100s of years. Michaelangelo took this water for his kidney stones. This water has a low TDS and a fine bubble. This was packed very securely. I took one star off because these are not the blue bottles. They are sparkling but I really wanted the blue bottles for my collection.

08-03-2026Fiuggi sparkling water is great and very helpful for those with kidney stones and other issues but I don’t recommend purchasing from this vendor. It wasn’t packed well - some of the bottles were purposely packed upside down. Naturally there was leakage and the water is likely to be flat. Also there was no “ glass - handle with care “ note on the outside of the box — only on the *inside* which of course can not be seen by the delivery folk. I just wasted $47.

08-03-2026I was surprised I did not get the bottle shown in the picture when I go to Uncle Giuseppe’s I get the green bottle as pictured. It was very good as well but there was just a little difference between the two bottles. Overall I was pleased

08-03-2026The purchase was for a 6-pack of 1L bottles, but only received one (1) bottle. This would be the most expensive water I’ve ever heard of. Maybe it’s magic, but I wouldn’t pay $45 for one bottle.
