08-03-2026This is an awesome belt. I was looking for a decent leather belt that would last me for years and I think this is the one. I've had it a year now and I wear it every day with my drill hanging on a belt clip on it and my leatherman and key ring and it has held up great! It has started to curl a little in the back recently, just because of all the weight I have hanging on it, I was using it as a tool belt for about 6 months with a tool pouch with a lot of tools attached to it along with everything else so it might not make the best tool belt but for it's intended purposes it is awesome!Update: Just crossed the 2 year mark and this belt is still holding up despite all the abuse I put it through!

Has always been durable in relation to other belts I've had and I appreciate the classic look without too much bling. The leather is solid but has a little give/bend in the leather if you sit down. The only thing I noticed buying this belt online vs. a department store is it initially had a strong chemical/leather smell. I chalked this up to it not sitting on a showroom floor for a bit and have just dealt with it. The smell has been dissipating over time. This belt isn't going to be noticeable from across the room (it's subtle), but I'm not the one to wear huge rodeo buckles so it works for me.

08-03-2026This is a nice belt made of a clean strip of solid smooth black leather with a shiny, sturdy, functional buckle. I really couldn't have wanted more from a leather belt, and from experience with Fossil belts in the past, I know this will last for years to come. My previous Fossil belt was brown so I went for a change in color, but otherwise it appears to be of the same quality that lasted me through two seasons on a Tall Ship where I loaded it up with a sheath knife and multi-tool day in and day out (it bent/sagged in the back, but never wore down or tore---I didn't give it any oil either). So overall this belt looks just as good as my other one, and so if you're looking for a belt that will last and do its job, you honestly don't need to look any further.
