The 3M 6191 Half Facepiece Respirator Assembly includes the 3M Half Facepiece Respirator 6300 and 3M P100 Particulate Filters 2091. Helps provide respiratory protection in environments containing certain oil and non-oil based particles. This assembly includes a 3M 6000 Series Half Facepiece Reusable Respirator and two 3M 2091 P100 Particulate Filters. This assembly is NIOSH approved for environments containing certain oil and non-oil based particles. When properly fitted, this respirator helps provide protection in a variety of applications including welding, brazing, torch cutting, metal pouring, soldering, and exposure to lead asbestos, cadmium, arsenic, and MDA at concentrations up to 10 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL). This respirator is remarkably comfortable, soft, and lightweight, and features easy-to-adjust head straps. The swept-back design of the cartridges helps improve balance and visibility. Easy-to-adjust head straps allow for a customized fit to the user. When used to capacity, the included cartridges can be removed and replaced with new P100 Filter/Cartridges or other NIOSH approved 3M 2000 or 2200 Series Filters or 6000 Series Cartridges. The respirator can also be disassembled, cleaned, and reused, extending the life and cost effectiveness of the product. 08-03-2026Not sure how to rate "thickness" .. but overall this is a comfortable mask, seals well and fairly comfortable with one exception. It is a little too short from top to bottom. So it's either pushing on the bridge of my nose, or if I move it up, it presses on my chin and pushes my lower jaw back. In an 8-10 hr day, I get either a headache from the jaw pressure, or my nose hurts because of the constant pressure. I'm a fairly large guy, so someone with a smaller head will probably have a nice comfortable fit. If you are a bigger person, you won't want to wear it for long periods.

08-03-2026The fit:I have a small face, so I am reluctant to purchase products in adult size small, but this was surprisingly perfect.The quality:It’s very light weight, which I appreciate. The flexibility offers a ton of movement, so I don’t feel tied down or restricted. Due to the curvature of the design and the soft materials, I don’t feel like it cuts off any circulation. It also allow you to adjust straps to your preferred fit.Price:I think this is a pretty great price considering there are many others that are on the market at a higher price that offer the same protection.I also really like the design. Bonus.Use:I’ll a Carpenter at heart, so moles in my garage working on a project. Between my mask and my vacuum, I’m set.
