I had been trying a way to figure out a way to vary my workouts at home, since I had recently canceled my gym membership and bought a squat rack and bench. I found this while browsing Amazon, and thought it would be a good addition to my home gym. The ability to use resistance bands and having them anchored has allowed me to do cable exercises that I would do at the gym. I also have used it to anchor my TRX, which after taking a spill when my door popped open made this an even better buy.I am 6ft and weigh 195lbs and can hang off the top hook easily.Installation took about 30mins. I assume quicker if you are good with doing these types of things.Customer service is also excellent.

I did quite a bit of research looking for strong, high quality, anchors to use resistance bands with. These are exactly as described. Installation was straight forward and I had them installed on a load bearing wall in about 20 minutes. I am currently 240 lbs and after installation I pulled myself up and the anchor didn't budge. I have no doubt these anchors will work with all types of bands, loops, and straps and are built to last!

My garage is a multi-purpose area, so I don't have space for bulky fitness equipment. I decided to try these hooks with resistance bands, and I am thrilled with this compact solution! This product is a superior quality, thick metal, extremely solid with heavy-duty welds. When mounted to wall studs, the hooks can take aggressive pressure from resistance band exercises. I have seen a version of this product that has only one hook. I opted to not get that version because it only attaches with two lag screws. I wanted the added stability from three lag screws in the two-hook model. After using the product for several months, I find the two-hook model is a bit of overkill for my current level, which is less than 30 pounds of resistance and no body weight. However, there is much room to improve, and I am convinced the solidness of this product will allow me to push for heavier resistance and add some body-weight exercises. Another advantage to the two-hook version is that it offers a bit more versatility in height for different exercises or users of different heights. I highly recommend this product, and if I ever move house, would definitely repurchase!

Each anchor weighs 1083 grams. Heavy and solid. Took 5 minutes to install. You need 1/4 drill bit to drill studs. 1/2'' hex to drive in the bolt.

These work really well. I have them attached to a stud in my basement that is in a workshop area. They hold well. I bought a set of three (was worried about the price) because I have to do band stretching from above, below, and at my waist. Turns out they were well worth the money, but be sure to secure them well, and be committed to using them.

The Anchor Gym CORE Station Wall Mount Anchors are extremely well built. It's actually very nice to receive a product that ,while you expected it to be good, far exceeds your expectations. Even more impressive was the rapid response I received from the seller Shawn when I emailed a question. He was back to me very quickly and I certainly appreciate that.I also purchased the 7 position storage rack for my resistance bands. Excellent product, very strong, good user & installation manual, multiple options for use of resistance bands and suspension trainer.

What can go wrong? These things are heavy and thick. They install easily and come with the installation hardware. I have a feeling I could have gotten something similar for a little cheaper, but these are made for the elastic band gym use, and they are perfect for that purpose. I can't regret the purchase, they look really good and I have confidence they will last forever.

Wonderful product it is easy to install very sturdy and easy to use. I am in love with this product makes my workouts so much better with the ease of doing it all at home. I also purchased the 7 prong storage rack for my fitness bands Kama and it is also amazing. My little home gym looks very professional clean and kept nicely. Although one bolt did break I called the owners Shawn and he is sending me a replacement bolt. This company is very kind to work with. I highly recommend this product.

I purchased this product because of how effective it is when I use it at physical therapy. Unfortunately I was missing the hardware for the system, but fortunately Shawn came through and help me out with the hardware in amazing time, he was kind and understanding and always responded quickly.
