08-03-2026I'm very happy with my purchase. I had been getting my cashews from the supermarket. They only had roasted, salted cashews. I eat a great deal of cashews so I was concerned about the salt, (not the fat lol). I searched on amazon.com and found just what I was looking for, raw, unsalted cashews. This is my first order and I'm well pleased. I'm already thinking about a second order of larger quantity. The more you buy, the cheaper per pound, I love it !!!

08-03-2026I am addicted to snacking on cashew nuts and have tried the cheaper Yupik ones, which are good but small and broken. These ones were bigger, whole and somewhat tastier and fresher it seems. I enjoy eating a few handfuls and find it hard to stop! Will order them again for sure.

08-03-2026I live on nuts and berries and these cashews are my favorites. They're so fresh, they're almost like eating fruit. I've read other "nut" reviews from people who think there's something wrong with cashews that aren't crunchy. They've simply never eaten any that are this fresh. (Cashews aren't technically nuts, but that's another story.) Try them. My vegan daughter will wrestle me to the ground for the bag.

08-03-2026Order 1 lb of this to try out. I was worried I would miss the salty flavor of the roasted ones but these raw ones have their own raw like taste that is entirely different. It definitely made up for that. I was also really surprised so many of the cashews were in whole form rather than in pieces. There were a few in pieces but not many.I'm a health freak and I just have to have my raw fat and protein. I usually eat raw eggs and I have a great source for them but sometimes I just need a break from the eggs. These work very nicely for that.

08-03-2026I've been ordering this for years to roast before Christmas. Never an issue. This time there was a rip in the bag and the cashews were going stale. I WANT TO RETURN or GET MY MONEY BACK. It says there that the item is not up for returns, but the seller needs to fix this. A refund or return!!!!

Stir the nuts every few minutes, until they’re golden brown. The nuts should develop a rich aroma as they cook. If you notice an acrid or burnt scent, stop cooking immediately. This method works for both whole nuts and halves.
