The only downside is the lack of pockets. Fabric is opaque, not too thin, and fairly soft. Comfortable for all day wear with no annoying ride.

I like the fit. They're great for my walks and to throw on for the weekend working around the house. But after a few months the color fades to a brown ish. It's not bleach, I don't use bleach. But they look similar to bleach marks.Just doesn't last or hold up.

Good quality for the price and the fit is good. The material is light and comfortable and they wash without shrinking.

I have been purchasing these shorts for many years. The fit is great, they last, they are comfortable. The 100% cotton are the best, the blended fabric for the other colors don't see to hold up as well. I just purchased my 4th pair of black, they do seem a tad thinner fabric but I could be mistaken. I hope they never stop making this particular cut of shorts. It is hard to find quality brands anymore.

These shorts were VERY comfortable. They are not see through, but fit loosely enough that I stay cool in them. The color was exactly what the picture showed. I wear these around the house in the summer.

Very light weight, nice for exercising. No pockets. I'm a size 8-10 and originally ordered the Medium, but they were too big (their size chart was a bit off). The Small fits perfectly.

I have multiple medical problems including gastrointestinal ones that make my waist grow as the day proceeds unfortunately and clothes can be very uncomfortable. I wear them with waistband more midrise than at my waist line. I’ve learned to wear elastic waists and since breaking my hip last February, I need shorts that are easy to pull on. The fabric is nice and soft and they wash well. Kind of miss pockets but not so much. These are pocketless. They’re easy to wear and wash, comfortable and look good.I live in Florida (ug) where summers are very hot and humid but I’m inside pretty much all the time so temperature changes don’t really affect what I wear. It’s shorts year round with leg warmers and a wonderfully warm fleece jacket to keep me warm in the morning when the air conditioning is high and I’m freezing. Same in the wintertime with cooler temperatures. I’m sensitive to cold and heat so very pleased that I found these comfy shorts that work all year. The light gray’s a bit boring everyday but I have colorful t-shirts. And I don’t go anywhere so no one really sees me. These would be great for athletic wear and ‘lounging.’ They have little gray ties at the waist but they’re short and don’t drape down and get in the way. I wash them in cold/cool water. I just bought 2 more yesterday since they’ve become my shorts of choice. Lastly, the fit is flattering. The legs are loose but not huge. I’m so glad I found them.

Exactly what I wanted. The black shorts are 100% cotton, very soft and comfortable. The waist band is very comfortable and has plenty of "give". They are a light weight cotton, perfect for the warm weather and the length is great, giving just the right amount of coverage. I am 5'8" and 123 lbs and I purchased the Small. If you want 100% cotton - then get the Black color. Other colors have a different Fabric content.
