08-03-2026Had it overnighted and it arrived with no "push connect" fittings for pex (or for any type!), and one of the valves was missing the rubber seal. Now I have a 10 mile drive to return it! :(The description says, "easy to install, no soldering..." and that is not true. This is a "Copper Sweat Connection" with no fittings supplied! Don't believe the product description.

08-03-2026I purchased this product because it allows for many different piping configurations. Since I was relocating an existing valve box I needed a product where the drain is on the left and the hot/cold water supply is on the right. Since the water and drain entries can be moved around I was able to install this without having to cross over any of the existing pipes. The quarter turn valves are very smooth and the water hammer arrestors make for a quiet operation of the washing machine.

08-03-2026Great tolerances, soldered well, great price at the time I bought. It has been holding pressure for weeks now, prior to me installing a washer. I have not tested the water hammer arrestor on this one from Amazon, but I got the same one from a big box store years ago and it is also great.

08-03-2026This washing machine/laundry outlet box worked perfectly!Was a little hesitant due to others complaints about sweating the copper pipes to it but I was planning on sweating female pipe ends to my pipes first and then attaching them to the valves. Luckily this box has valves that you can sweat and/or thread on. Which I highly recommend.I also like you can move the location of each valve and/or the drain pipe to any spot.

08-03-2026I tested it out before installing..batteries only.worked flawless..did rough work on plumbing and water was just flowing all over...pressed close button and it closed within 2 seconds or so...no major flood...and even the alarm sounded without the sensor installed..will highly recommend and it is recommended by the Canadian home inspection website for second floor installations...
