I wanted to keep it but returned because I decided the face is too large (34mm) and I wanted something a bit less bulky and more dainty. Otherwise, a really stunning watch. On the heavier side if that matters. My wrist is 7.25" and I would have needed at least 2 links taken out also for reference.

08-03-2026Pictures don't do justice to this elegant, feminine, gorgeous watch. The mother-of-pearl face reflects subtle shades of pink, blue and green in the sunlight. Swarovski crystals surround the bezel and alternate with roman numerals as hour markers, giving the watch just enough "bling". The overall look reminds me of something you'd see in a museum collection -- classic, timeless and impressive. I have small wrists (under 6 inches) and removed five links (using a watchband sizing tool purchased online) for a perfect fit. The bracelet is smooth and flexible, not stiff, so it's extremely comfortable to wear. The 34mm watch-case diameter is large enough to have a modern "boyfriend" look without being so large that it overwhelms my wrist. And, of course, the convenience of Eco-Drive's solar/light powered battery is priceless :)

08-03-2026My previous Citizens watch was starting to stop. I was contemplating getting an Apple Watch but the Citizen watches are so easy and reliable. Then I saw this one and I was sold. It was everything I wanted. I love the rose gold color. I like the bigger face. The numbers are so easy to read and I’m glad not to have a date which has to be readjusted when there is not 31 days. If you are looking for a stylish, reliable, no fuss watch, this is for you.

08-03-2026This is the second one I have purchased. My first some how got lost, and I havent had a watch for over a year. I found this in a jewlery store, and it was 2.5 times the price on Amazon. I expect to get it tomorrow, Im so excited. I purchased it for my 60th birthday a few years ago, and was devistated it some how got tossed. Now I will have another to replace it. It is such a beautiful watch.

Your Citizen Watch comes with a five-year, limited coverage. When you register your watch online or through our My Citizen App, you will receive an additional coverage year free, for a total of six years coverage.
How do I set my watch?
If you know your model number, go to our brand website and search or browse for your model. When you're on the product page, the setting instructions are listed at the bottom of the "features" section.
How do I get a manual for my watch?
Setting instructions can be accessed through our website and our My Citizen App (available for iOS and Android). To obtain the instructions specific to your watch, you will need to provide the Movement Caliber Number on your watch's caseback.
Can I buy a replacement strap or links for my watch?
Straps, bracelets and links may be available for certain Citizen watch models. To find out if a replacement strap or part is available for your Citizen Watch, please visit our new self-service portal.
