08-03-2026Eden Organic Shelled Pistachios are delicious, lightly salted pistachio perfection. To be honest, I initially thought they were expensive, but remembering back to earlier this year when I purchased three bags of non-shelled organic California pistachios...I still haven't finished them because they are such a pain to eat. Not every pistachio was good or wholly intact either, whereas Eden pistachios are high-quality throughout. The nuts are crunchy and lovely on their own, but can also be tossed into a salad or used for other culinary ventures. The resealable package is excellent for keeping the nuts fresh between snacking.I think the bag is small, but the quality, convenience, and consistency make them a good value. Nuts are expensive especially when they are premium, and that’s just the way it is.

08-03-2026These organic, shelled, roasted pistachios are DELICIOUS. They're fresh and perfectly salted, with just a hint of salt taste. I love that they're grown organically. But is the price of $13.95 for a 4 oz bag (at the time of this review) worth it? Perhaps, if you consider that these are organic, they've been shelled already, and they're fresh and delicious. It's not a snack I could afford on a regular basis, but if you have the means, I'd definitely recommend these pistachios.
