Ultimate Body Press Wall Mounted Doorway Pull Up Bar

The bar is pretty solid, but it is also quite compact. For instance I am 85kgs and the bar hardly moves at all when I pull up, even with 4 screws only provided in the installation kit.For those of you wondering if it can be installed in a brick wall... Yes it can! I used wall anchors sized 14x75mm with the provided screws and it worked well.

As described, really easy to install and very sturdy. There are no moving or bolted together parts, everything is welded and feels very solid. I thought the metal would feel slippery under my grasp but it doesn't.

I think this is a great piece of equipment and a good value. I mounted it in my man cave shed, and it is working well. I like the diameter of the grips. It is wider than some. If you are considering this, keep in mind that if you mount it on a flat wall, your knees will brush up against the wall. That might be fine for some. If you mount it over a doorway, be sure that the door opens all the way and will not obstruct your pull-ups. If I could change something, I would make the grips knurled. But even so, it's a Five Star product. I'm really glad they didn't put some lame foam padding on the grips. I wouldn't have bought it with that. My only other piece of advice is that if you have really broad shoulders, this might be too narrow for what you want. That is kind of a judgement call, but go to a door frame and put your hands at the top and over the vertical trim and that's about the width of the grips.

Easy to install, great dimensions for normal doors, good build quality. I like the multiple grip options. The grip is firm and comfortable. I bought open box and it looked great!

Went up easily and hit the stud dead on. Love this thing, a lot of times less is more and this is one of those times. Simple, effective and sturdy. Only downside to me is I’m short/average 5’ 8” so I kind of have to jump up to grab hold of the bar which takes energy that I could have used doing actual pull-ups. Easily can get around that by using a step stool. Love that I can finally close my door and that it doesn’t damage the door frame like the previous versions of pull-up bars I used. If you are going to be spending 30 bucks on a bar anyway, pay the extra 20 and get this, it’s worth it. I do wish it was a straight bar style and not the ergonomic grip just because I value the training over the comfort but it’s ok.

しっかり取り付く為、ぶら下がってもブレがなく、安心。配達は1月ほど遅延したけど海外から配達なので許容内。取り付け寸法が分からなかった為、不安だったが無事取り付いたので問題なし。取り付け時のボルトは60mmほどネジ長があるので壁圧に注意が必要。良い買い物でした。

Great product. Ergonomic grip for pull-ups or chin-ups. Low profile so it can fit many places without getting in the way. Im about 210 right now and it holds me just fine. No creeks or groans signally possible unit failure. Ive seen complaints that the bar is to smooth and I agree yes, that especially if its outside and there is moister on the bar it is almost impossible to keep a tight grip. An old gym rat trick is to take (quality) athletic tape and simply wrap the bar where you mostly have your hands. You'll never have a grip problem again.It comes with 4 lag bolts, though I wish it would have been at least 6 just because I like to be extra cautious. Bolts are rust prone if mounted outside. Bar is coated and will not rust unless damaged.

Would be more helpful if the seller gave exact measurements. I bought it wondering if it would be the correct size, thinking that I might need to return it. As it turns out, it worked for me.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:We love these so much I bought 4 of them! We have a large beam running across the downstairs and I put up one angled bar, and later wanted the straight bar as well. As my 4 children grow they are on them more and more, so I added a couple the other day. Installation is super easy, just drill 4 bolt holes. One note-- the drill bit size is listed on the instructions, but the shanks of the lag bolts are too fat for the hole. It makes screwing them in a chore. Just bore out the first inch with a wider drill bit and no problem. I personally like adding grip tape/hockey tape to these but my children don't like it so I left it off the straight bars. They are well-made and one welded-solid peice. Love it! I'm about 210lbs and can swing and rip out pull ups on these bars and they don't flex or wiggle AT ALL. Very safe and stable.

We upped our workout game for our growing sons when we got this. No more door jams being broken from the weight. Instead you drill this one right into the wall and workout from there. My husband and I also enjoy using it whenever we walk by.

Excellent, solid pullup bar for permanent mounting on a solid surface. If you have a beam in your garage, this will be perfect. It does require you to drill some holes, so know that you need a drill and ideally a driver to put in the lag bolts.It would be improved by adding some knurling to the gripping surface. It isn't slippery, but it's not as secure as it would be if it was roughed up a bit.
