08-03-2026DO NOT BUY! If there was a zero star option, I would have selected that! When the product came, I was somewhat in shock- the pendant is so tiny, that you can barely see it when it is on your neck!... and the "diamonds" are only visible with a magnifying glass! When customer service emailed to see if I was satisfied with the item- and I expressed my concerns- I was reminded that it says in the dimensions that the pendant is only 1 inch tall- I suggested not zooming in so much on their picture to give a false representation of what the necklace should be. I was treated poorly and rude- not a pleasant experience. At all.

They provided a few alternatives on how they could correct the situation. From a full refund to upgrading the chain. Since I really liked the charm (and so far after cleaning no issues with loosing color) I opted for a replacement box chain as it should hold the weight of the charm much better. The chain arrived as promised. As a result I’m upgrading my review and hope the change in the chain supplied is a permanent oneThe pendant is fine for the price - I have not cleaned it so I can't comment on the integrety of the stones - my chief complaint is with the chain -- so thin and flimsy real junk! It knotted when I took it out of the package. It would almost be better to not include the one being used or change it to a box chain thast is more sturdy to hold the weight of the pendant
