Winter coat is great. It just looks big ( the large size coat, looks extra large ).

I love these jackets. Maybe the best value for my buck I've found on amazon yet. I got one in black and I liked it so much I got another in Grey. I did get one large and one Med. They both fit me great. The large has a little more room, to serve its purpose as a overcoat but they both fit great. I live in MN and, They are perfect on really cold days as an over coat or (if it's a bit warmer) just over a T shirt. The 3 inside pockets are great and you can really tell the quality in the stitching and the over all design of the coats. Every time I wear one I get compliments on the coat.

Great coat, good price. Has an odd smell that I hope will fade or can be washed away. You take a chance.

A nicely fashioned, informal style, wool-based overcoat. Excellent in cold weather. Also good protection from rain. The price fluctuates significantly, so if you watch the pennies, wait for the plunge. Patience will be rewarded (if you don't die in the interim braving the elements in your flimsy windbreaker!).

This coat is well worth the price! It arrived as scheduled, perfect in time for a trip to NYC. The size is nice and roomy and the quality of the coat is amazing. I would definitely recommend!

First off I realize that ordering clothes on line is always a gamble in size, fit and quality. I really like this trench coat but it does run way too large. I have a 44" chest and a 36" waist and I normally wear a large size coat or jacket. I read the reviews and even the description which clearly states that this coat runs large see sizing chart. I reviewed the sizes on the chart and decided to order a medium size. I really like the looks and feel of the jacket. I knew that it was not 100% wool because that is also described in the description. This coat was only $34.99 and I believe that it is well worth the price. Is it perfect no, It had a lot, and I mean a lot of threads that needed to be trimmed. To me the threads were no big deal and easy to solve. I read other reviews where this was a big deal to others and they though it was poorly made and falling apart. I assure it is well made and is not falling apart. This is probably why this coat is so low in cost, lack of final quality control. With that being said, I really like the coat design and look. I did however notice a flaw in the material on the left front upper chest area. At first I thought is was just dirty but after I spot treated it, it was still there so I believe it is a flaw in the material. Because of that and it being too big, I chose to send it back with Amazon's free return, which is a great bonus for ordering clothes online. I re-ordered this coat in a small size in hopes that it will be a better fit for me. I will update this review when the re-ordered coat arrives.Follow up:The small size coat arrived today and it is a PERFECT fit. Just like it was tailored just for me. I can't believe I can fit in a small jacket again. That hopefully will tell you how far off the sizing is on these coats. It is really a nice coat and is most definetly a keeper. I also just changed my rating on this coat from 4 stars to 5 stars.

Coat was a little bit bigger than expected. However bigger better than smaller!

I absolutely love this overcoat. I specifically needed something that felt comfortable while wearing a suit. This exceeded my expectations in every imaginable way. One of the best purchases I ever made on Amazon. I will probably be buying another one and in the other color, that's how great this is. Size is only slightly larger than a typical usual XL. Great material, still stylish but not bulky looking, great pocket location. Love this!

I am very disappointed in the service from Amazon.This item was good quality but too large. The guidelines for sizes are completely wrong. The size I ordered was recommended based on my husband’s previous orders but it was excessively larger.When he looked at it again, it recommended yet an even larger size!!When I came to return the item to exchange for smaller size, I discovered I have to return it to the USA!The item arrived very quickly when I ordered it, so it would seem to arrive from UK.I would think therefore it could be returned to a UK address. Instead I have to pay £29 to return it to the USA!It has caused me a huge amount of stress at Christmas, as this coat was a special gift for my husband.At this time I have spent all this money and have no gift.

Coat fits very nicely and is very warm!

I figured I would order a little larger than I needed so I could layer the jacket with a thick sweater or suit jacket. Well the XL I ordered was HUGE. I had enough room for another person to literally fit in the jacket with me. I get that this style is baggy, but this was obscenely too large. I ordered a size down after returning my original. Hopefully it fits better. Other than this is a good jacket, and looks sharp. I will say that it is not very thick and is a blended wool (mostly poly). Layer up for colder environments.
