Works better for stationary angle pushups, not so much with rotating. This does not have bearings like the other similar products, more plastic on plastic so it doesn't rotate as smooth. The heavier weight you put on it (if you're one of those with heavy upper body), the worse the resistance (and snagging) of the rotation. Guess you can also look at it on the bright side, added point of resistance to your pushup workout.Bought it 'cause I thought it would be more compact but can't really say it is. It sits lower (due to no bearing components) but has bigger base plate which was a disappointment since I initially intended to use it while traveling (already have the original). I was gonna return it but a friend wanted it so just gave it away instead.
コスパ最高!すぐに飽きてしまう可能性が高かったので、低価格のみで選択しましたが、予想外に良い商品だったので就寝前のプッシュアップが習慣になりました。お薦めします。
I bought this set of push-up handles to find greater comfort with this part of my routine as I was performing my push-ups directly on hard and flat surface.Although the rotation of the handles is really effecient and allows a wide range of muscles to workout, the grip itself creates uncomfortable pressure points in your hands after a few series only.I was expecting the handle to be made of a different material from the rest of the set, but it wasn't - only painted in silver color. A gel-type grip would have made this product absolutely perfect.I would have given a 3 stars for this product as it does the job inspite of the limited amount of time you can exercise due to it's hard material, however the service delivery was absolutely perfect and personable as a team member of the brand came to deliver the item at my door the very same day.I think this product will complement your gym and fitness gear perfectly, and within budget -just keep in mind to use comfortable gloves for long training session.
Love these and well worth purchasing, i have a regular pushup routine but you do feel the tension in your wrists. After having a workout in an outdoor gym with a friend i tried his ones out. Well after using them i had to get some for myself and they are amazing. The fact that they rotate and are slightly off the ground with the aid of the bar you really feel like your getting more of a workout. It says on the box it works on abs shoulders triceps, and i would have to agree.I'm addicted to them and do various combinations with them. The quality is very good and i'm getting a very satisfactory result. Would highly recommend anyone to try these, you will have to adapt to them at first as it is different to a traditional pushup but when you do you will be in for a treat, oh they also throw in a free skipping rope although i haven't got round to using it yet.

Very functional set. I purchased the 35$ in store of the perfect pushups those are much better. These are full plastic and some areas little grippers are falling or not making full contact. Oily fluid coming from inside but I cleaned it. The rope is a good add on too. It is a decent set. Gets the job done. But still flimsy feeling due to too much plastic.
Excellent
This product is just that simple and basic nothing extra good value the construction and materials seem to be of good quality the product has good slip resistance on the carpet and the swivel feature seems to be very smooth not gritty
Well made and make a difference in the work out.
This product is designed to assist with perfect pushup form and is easy on the wrist.
I badly shattered my wrist in a car accident that left my arm immobile for months and in pain. I ended up with a plate and more than half a dozen pins in my bones. I was told I'll never do pushups again. For an active person such as myself, that was news that was hard to swallow.Despite the fact that I only have 60% of the range of motion back in my wrist, I set out on a hunt for props that would let me do the activities I wanted to do. After a few failed tries I came across these pushup bars.I am happy to report that I am FINALLY doing pushups, planks and burpees again safely and easily!!No compromises! I feel like I finally have a firm grip on the prop, even when my hands get sweaty during the workout. The handle is comfortable on my hands and I can go the distance. The whole thing is actually surprisingly light, so I have the choice of holding onto them during burpees for the duration of the exercise, or just planting them on the ground for when they are needed. They also grip nicely and firmly to surface, even rugs. They rotate relatively easily but with control, so I can realign my wrist during exercise of needed. Finally I can just concentrate on my form during exercise instead of worrying about will my hands accidentally slip. I also love using them for yoga because they are just so handy. They are also compact enough, so I can take them with me when I travel. I'm so thankful for these!!
Short answer: I used them at my gym and liked them, so, I bought a pair for home. You won’t have regrets; if you do, return them.Recommendation: Also buy “7 Weeks to 100 Push-Ups” by Steve Speirs.Long answer/story: I’m 71 and cannot perform pushups with bent wrists and hands on the floor nor can I easily perform dumbbell bench presses.I’ve had a pair of metal pushup handles that have served me for years. The old pair that I have now trashed … I had covered the metal tubing with foam pipe wrap, but still continued to have problems with my wrist and discomfort with my thumb pad (thenar eminence).I saw the Elite Push Up Bars at my gym two months ago and was skeptical about them due to their short height, but I decided to give them a try. After using them four sessions, I decided to buy them for home: best purchase in a long time.I’ve read a criticism about the ‘hard’ rubber handle of the Elite Push Up Bars. I don’t find that to be so. Though not cushy, I bought them because they do not elicit pain: The less rounded handle and the rotational base of the Elite Push Up Bars promote exercise with correct palm-wrist alignment. I could not perform 100 pushups per workout, albeit non-continuous, without the Elite Push Up Bars.
These push-up bars are a solid and reliable piece of workout equipment. They work exactly as advertised and are more than strong enough to handle my weight, feeling sturdy and secure during use.The foam grips are comfortable and provide stability allowing me to focus on my form. When comparing them to the leading competing brand, I found these to be a much more cost-effective option without sacrificing quality or performance. For anyone looking to enhance their push-up routine, these bars are a dependable and affordable choice.
