08-03-2026Be mindful of the number or gb. This 16gb ran out of room with only 4 apps downloaded. I couldn't even do the IOS update. I am returning for one with more space. Battery was mediocre. All else was fine. No scratches or marks on refurbished device.

08-03-2026Packaging was pretty poor, a bubble wrap envelope in a cardboard envelope but it did survive the journey. Tried to turn it on, absolutely nothing. Had to plug it in for 5 minutes before it even registered it had power to it. Charged to 20% then declared ‘not charging’ unplugged and plugged back in and started charging. Charged to 40% then again declared not charging. Time to be returned I think. I thought these renewed items were thoroughly checked?

08-03-2026I was worried about buying a refurbished iPad, but I decided to take the chance. (The warranty helps ease concerns.) The iPad arrived very quickly & like new. The difference between the iPad Air & Air 2 is very slight. The display is slightly better & the system seems to operate more quickly. I'm very pleased with this purchase and the savings, and the only downfall was that the charger did not work at all. Fortunately I already have 2 chargers, so this was not a huge issue for me, but I would suggest the chargers should be tested before shipping out to customers who may not be as fortunate to have a spare.

08-03-2026I actually took a risk in buying a refurbished iPad but I wanted one and I couldn’t afford a new one and so far I have no complaints. It works perfect no noticeable damage. Nothing it was just like a brand new iPad and I’m enjoying it value for the money and the speed of it is very fast so I would recommend if you wanted to get a iPad at a reasonable price refurbish. They did a good job I like it thank you.
