SO SOFT! The outside is a thin layer of chocolate and the inside is more of a cream? I thought it would be marshmallow but it reminded me more of a cream whip, the crack on the bottom is okay. Overall the whole treat is super soft and I honestly like the texture more than the taste

I'd recently read about these and seen them on a YouTube travelogue so I thought I'd give them a try. They arrived extremely fast! So much faster than expected. They are shipped in a large, bubble wrap padded envelope and the box itself isn't that sturdy, so they arrived a little smashed in places but ok overall. From the description I thought they'd be similar to the American ones but I was wonderfully wrong!. Ours are hard, dry Graham cracker topped with rubbery marshmallow and dipped in thick, milk chocolate. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy ours very much! But Tunnock's? Oh my goodness! This is what the gods must feast on in Valhalla! The Graham cracker is moist and crumbly. Then the marshmallow is this light, airy, confectioners dream. Then it's dipped in very rich and powerfully tasty chocolate that creates a delicate shell around the whole thing. As soon as I finished my first box, I ordered a second. Please don't buy them, I'm afraid there won't be enough for me.

Everyone enjoyed eating them. However, the packing box was not damaged, but the 6 cakes inside their box had visible deep indents. When we removed the foil wrapper, the marshmallow was exposed. These look like rejects, not suitable for gifting. The price should be lower. The ones I buy in a shop 90 min away, are perfect.

These delicate, lovely tea cakes were shipped in an envelope. As would be expected, they arrived smashed almost beyond recognition. I can’t imagine why they would be shipped so carelessly.

Delicious! I don't eat many sweets. These are just incredibly tasty and fresh. A quality product The marsh mallow is very moist and mushy. Great texture. The milk chocolate just melts . The cookie is fresh and very satisfying. I'm going to try the dark chocolate next time. In my opinion, Tunnock's Tea cakes are better than a box of chocolates.
