Oakley Men's Si Cap

The first time I purchased this hat, it fit great, was comfortable, great gym hat. The next two I ordered fit completely opposite, way too big, sit way too low on my head and just a completely different fit from the first one. Would not recommend.

I gave it 3 stars because as much as I like everything about this hat, the sizes are a bit jacked... (and I had to pay for return shipping). I first purchased the L/XL, and it was way too big, so then I bought the S/M, and it fits well, but it is at max stretch, and I'm not sure how it will feel after being on all day. Another reviewer said they stretch out. Normally this would not be good, but in this case, a little more room would be welcome. I found the quality to be as I'd expect from Oakley at this price point. In my opinion, even Oakley's less expensive items seem well made. My biggest disappointment was having to pay for the return. According to the size chart, the L/XL should have fit perfectly, and the S/M should have fit just a bit too small. I am glad that I "should" be able to keep and wear the S/M, but the L/XL was the correct choice if following the size chart. Buyer beware; if your hat size is 7-3/8, the L/XL will be way too big. You "may" be OK with the S/M, but don't be surprised if it's too small. And if you guess wrong, expect to have to pay for return shipping. Yes, I know I mentioned that last part 3 times; I'm just warning the next person so they hopefully won't have to deal with that. Some may argue that's a fulfillment issue, and not item related, but I disagree; the hat is really nice, but the exchange and return policy makes it critical that if your hat size it at or a little bigger than 7-3/8, neither size maybe right for you, and that is a huge item issue, but then you will have to pay to return it. OK, OK, make that 4 times!

I happen to have a small pinhead and hate wearing snap back hats. I love the Oakley brand and founds these hats. I have all colors available and absolutely love them. The sm/med size is perfect. All colors are breathable and comfortable. From daily wear to hiking, camping, range day or work, they're comfortable and durable. I'm anxious to see what new color or pattern they come up with.**update**With the black multicam hat the material does not allow your head to breathe, so if you sweat it's very obvious then dries with the white salt streaks. Still love the hat, just not crazy about the new material.

Excellent cap, really glad I went for it. It’s comfy and perfect for yomping in the hills, what I bought it for.

Cool nice looking cap, I like it a lot. Only issue is that there isn’t a hole at the rear like other caps, so that I can hook it to my bag or hang it securely when not wearing.

I only recently realized what I need to look for to find a ball cap that fits the way I want it to. The vast majority of people don't seem to be concerned with these issues, so they aren't really addressed in the description of most caps. I just want a hat that fits fairly close to my head, following the contour of my dome pretty closely, so that when I'm wearing it, the bottom of the cap doesn't push my ears out. This is almost astonishingly difficult for me to find. This hat comes close enough that I'll give it 5 stars even though I would prefer it to have a slightly shallower crown.I've worn so many hats that fit me poorly, I didn't realize that some might fit much better. Most have a crown that is so high that when I try to seat the hat firmly on my head, my ears get pushed out so far they look more like tiny wings (not that tiny, actually). Then I happened to buy a hat at random at a sporting goods store, and the shape of the crown was similar enough to the shape of my head that I could wear it snugly enough to keep it on in a strong wind without having to adjust a strap, or wear a size that is uncomfortably small.So now I look for "low profile" or "low crown" or something equivalent. But the description is often inaccurate, and almost no hats include any measurements that could help determine how they will fit. It's pretty simple; just "crown height" in inches, cm whatever. An illustration with measurements of different hat dimensions. But oddly, really rare. So I look for photos showing how they fit on someone's head, which are also harder to find than I expected. So I relied on some comments from buyers who mentioned the low profile shape. (Your reviews matter! LOL)Yeah, I guess this just isn't something that matters to most people, or most just happen to fall into the "typical" range occupied by most hats. And yeah, leaving some space inside the hat might make it cooler or more comfortable or provide some other benefit. Personal preferences.Anyway, I was glad to find something pretty close to what I wanted. It's also nice and light for warm weather (or hard workouts at the gym) and the elastic providing the stretch seems unusually comfortable. So, lots to like and not much to complain about. BTW, measuring was not as simple and easy as I thought it would be. Takes some dexterity. I think my best approximation would be a tape measure along the curve of the interior, basically the part of the hat's circumference that covers the head--approx 12.5 inches. I'd estimate the crown height at 4 inches.

Amateur d airsoft, j avais besoin d une casquette de qualité militaire robuste et laissant assez passer l air pour ne pas trop chauffer au niveau de la tête. Cette casquette rempli parfaitement c'est deux condition avec en plus un look assez cool.

Il costo si ripaga completamente con l'utilizzo e le prestazioni. Un cappello veramente ottimo, che si adatta a tutte le teste vista l'elasticità.

First Impression:4 out of 5. I would give a 5 star rating, but the colour is NOT the one from the picture. Looks more like a Dark Coyote, but its actually a Light Olive. I'm super disappointed to see in 2018 the wrong colour description or the pictures are taken with a VGA phone camera. Everyone copying pictures from other places, re-labels them and you see 10 different Olives and Coyote colours, and now it's Worm Olive... Not to mention there's no standard to follow.Any who, the cap looks good. The sizes are good, quality as well. The material used is kinda thin, so if its windy and cold get a hoody.I would buy it again, just know the colours DO NOT match the pictures. Some are too bright some are just different.

Great cap, fits great, good material and worksmanship, takes a ton of abuse and easy to clean. Could not be happier
