It’s so difficult to get him to eat fruits and vegetables so I feel he is at least somewhat getting good quality of fruit.The size is perfect, the taste is pleasant and refreshing. The bottle is sturdy and easy to use without leaking. Easily packs in his lunch box.Value is good for the quantity.
