08-03-2026I found this watch at a jewelry store and fell in love, but it was $450. The next week it popped up in my feed half price! I couldn’t pass it up! Eco drive citizen watches are well crafted and gorgeous time pieces. I have very small wrists and it was easy to take out some links to size it down to fit. It is holding time perfectly the two weeks I’ve owned it. It goes with any outfit! You can wear it with a nice dress outfit or even with something more casual. Very functional and versatile. Perfect price! I will wear this for years to come!

08-03-2026These are somewhat expensive watches, but I really love never having to go buy batteries. I have had two other Citizen eco-Drive watches for years now and they never quit--just need a little light to keep going. I didn't really need a third one but I got it for it's sparkle and dressier look, to go with some rings.

08-03-2026We got this watch as a gift for my mother, and she loves it. It is smaller than I imagined, but the size makes it look more delicate, which is what she prefers. The silver is bright and the watch is light. It was worth the price. The links are also easy to remove so adjusting the band is not a problem.

08-03-2026I’ve been researching watches for over 2 weeks, trying to decide on a style and whether I should get eco-drive or automatic….finally decided on this Citizen eco-drive….no more battery changing for me. I absolutely love the look of it. Afraid maybe the crystals may be over the top for casual wear but it looks gorgeous no matter whether dressing casual or fancy. It’s just not that overdone consequently imo one can wear with anything. It just simply fits in no matter what! I decided on eco-drive since I don’t expect I will have it on my wrist 24/7, it charges by natural or artificial light vs having to be on one’s wrist for movement to keep it going. Eco-drives research indicates they keep accurate time vs automatics tending to lose time. A fully charged eco-drive will last 6 months in darkness - but this watch is so beautiful it won’t be left in darkness anywhere that long by me!

In a world of giant smartwatches topping 45mm, this is a proper, classic ladies' watch at 28 mm (dial diameter). It's an Eco-Drive version, so batteries are not needed.Plus, it's quartz and waterproof.The price fluctuates quite a bit for this model. Got this for 270-odd (before taxes).

Your Citizen Watch comes with a five-year, limited coverage. When you register your watch online or through our My Citizen App, you will receive an additional coverage year free, for a total of six years coverage.
How do I set my watch?
If you know your model number, go to our brand website and search or browse for your model. When you're on the product page, the setting instructions are listed at the bottom of the "features" section.
How do I get a manual for my watch?
Setting instructions can be accessed through our website and our My Citizen App (available for iOS and Android). To obtain the instructions specific to your watch, you will need to provide the Movement Caliber Number on your watch's caseback.
Can I buy a replacement strap or links for my watch?
Straps, bracelets and links may be available for certain Citizen watch models. To find out if a replacement strap or part is available for your Citizen Watch, please visit our new self-service portal.
