Great puree used for Cocktail Syrups - used this with a 1:6 ration between this as Simple syrup to create an amazing passionfruit syrup for a Saturn Cocktail. Perfect size and case. Ended up freezing the majority oof it in its current container for later usage. Syrup is slightly sweet, but perfect amount of tartness without having to add any citric acid. Slightly thick, easy to mix, and fits perfectly in freezer or fridge. will buy other flavors next.

Seen this being used in cocktails in pubs and restaurants. Thought I would try it myself. Excellent taste and great for bubble slush too! The only thing for mine is it is a big pack so lots to use in one go against the recommend use on the back of the pack.

An absolute necessity for passion fruit martinis! There are lots of recipes online. A bit high priced but it makes up for in a delicious drink. Great stuff!!

Yes, this can be a great drink mixer. But we have used it for making lilikoi (passion fruit) cheesecake like we have enjoyed during our trips to Maui. It is perfect for getting that incredible flavor just right in a made-from-scratch cheesecake. Most wonderful cheesecake EVER.

I love this product! I keeps in your pantry until you open it then lasts a while in the fridge. It’s meant for cocktails but I use it to make passion fruit curd and buttercream which I use to fill macarons. Trying to work with fresh passion fruit is not only extremely expensive, separating pulp from all the seeds is a nightmare. This is pure fruit with zero seeds and behaves just like fresh. Tart, sweet and delicious!

Excellent for my lychee martinis. Never have enough lychee juice in the canned lychees to make multiple martinis . It isn't too thick for cocktails . Great price This has an excellent flavor . Must buy if you love lychee martinis !

Expensive but worth it. Made a divine mango cheescake, as well as puddings and cocktails.

This product tastes good but it is not pure passion fruit. I am trying to avoid processed sugar, so I was really disappointe to get a product with sugar that I cannto return. It is hard to figure it out from the pictures and such. Not sure why they have to add sugar to the product. Will not buy again.

This is a great produce with excellent flavor that is not fake or overly sweet. I used it in blended daiquiri style drinks and as a cake and cupcake filling. Product goes a long way.

I got both this and the "Real" brand lychee syrup and I'm torn. The "Real" seems sweeter and faker tasting, not fake in a gross shampoo-like way just one dimensional like lychee candy. This one is more multifaceted so at first I thought it was better but one of the facets is that slightly off, fermented taste you get when you eat lychees that didn't have the stems left on, so the germs got in the stem hole, know what I mean? Not exactly rotten but well, not exactly NOT rotten. I noticed that aspect of the flavor was more pronounced with fizz like when I added this to plain soda water, which is the main way I drink it. And as for the other ways I like fruit syrup, in iced jasmine or black tea or just with tap water and vodka, the simpler, sweeter taste of the Real stands up to the other flavors better than this does. I'd need to use twice as much of this than of the other to taste it over tea or vodka! Just in plain tap water this may have an edge due to tasting more realistic and interesting. Allegedly both are made with real fruit so I'm not sure why they taste so different. Maybe the Real is boiled down to make it more concentrated and that changes the flavors, or maybe both vary depending on the current crop. At any rate they are both nice enough. Good way to get my lychee fix the 50 weeks a year they're not in the store (I can't stand the canned ones, they taste like can- at least these syrups don't have any weird taste like that). But considering this is more costly, and it takes more of it to flavor a drink, and it's less tasty, I will be sticking with Real.

Definitely not a substitute for fresh lychee. Had an odd finish flavor to it.
