It’s item weight is inaccurate in the description. Also tilt and turn angle is 30 degrees in description whereas it is 15 degrees in the piece of paper that comes with it.

This does the job as well as you could expect any mount to. Some people say it's impossible to set up by yourself because it's too cumbersome and complicated, but they are uncoordinated and should be ashamed of themselves. Seriously man up and learn how to use an Allen wrench. We went to the moon for gods sake and you are stumped by a projector mount with three articulating axes'. Your mother is not proud of you..... Anyways it works great, is low profile as it comes in the box, and if you needed an even lower profile setup you can remove one of the U brackets and still maintain almost as much range of motion in the Y and X axes. Ordered the mount for a projector and was able to mount it to the ceiling of an outdoor tent with no issues. Provided all of the adjustment needed in each direction and for a great price! Would recommend to anyone looking for a low cost solution for mounting a projector to any surface.

This mount is unique in that it mounts the projector as close as possible to the ceiling. The swiveling and telescoping arms should make it compatible with any projector. Mine only had one mount hole. I attached two arms to it and it's still stable.

I bought this mount for my first-ever home theater. For a first-timer, this one was pretty easy to install and adjust. I installed it into a stud in the ceiling, but the instructions called for orienting it such that the "short side" lined up with my studs. Would have preferred the longer side (with holes that are farther apart) for a little more peace of mind. However, the thing feels supe secure and I even hung from it briefly before hanging my projector on it. It hasn't fallen in the first 3 days, so here's hoping for the best.Package includes a variety of screws and washers for attaching to a variety of projectors - but they are all mixed up (unmarked) in one single bag. It took some trial and error to find the right 3 screws and 3 washers, but they were in there somewhere.The projector is adjustable in several directions, to adjust for pitch and roll and tilt, etc. There are around a dozen allen bolts that secure the mount in the various planes. so far, it has tightened up well and held its adjustment. If any problems arise, I will update this review.The only problem was in using the cheap bolts that were included, for mounting into the ceiling. All went well as the bolt entered the stud, but as I tightened it down, and the bolt bound a little, the phillips grooves in the bolt head stripped out. At least it happened as the bolt was securely seated in the stud, instead of halfway in. Removing it - well, it may have to convey when I sell this house.... On the other side, I used my own 3" carpentry screw with star head, and it worked like a champ.pros: easy to use and can adjust just on just about every plane necessary to get image centered on screen; installed it 99 % single-handedly, with just a little help holding it in place to screw it into the studs.cons: cheap mounting screw threaded when it bound into the stud - use your own good quality screws or bolts. If I hadn't gotten that bolt securely in and tightened down before it stripped, this would be a huge problem. Also, the packaging included a slip promising extra tips and help at a website, but that website had nothing to offer (turned out to be unnecessary, so no biggie there).all in all, the stripped screw head is the only thing holding back a full 5-star review. I was worried about every aspect of the project, but this mount is great so far.

everything is perfect and it looks sleek! i had to get this mount so my projector could be low enough to have the image project under my fan. it looks great! cable management is good too i am just worried because on the actual stem of the product there is one single screw holding it without a nut, and when i was adjusting it and tightening it i stripped the screw with the provided allen wrench. probably my fault because i was kinda paranoid. Im going to put some zipties on it too i dont want my expensive projector to fall.so good so far!

Works great for the patio theater set up. Easy to set up and install.

Not sure how to rate this. I received the product but it was a wall mount for a small TV and not the ceiling mount at all. I would have even tried to use it for a ceiling mount but the connection between the arm and the plate is made to swing into place like hanging a picture. Works well on a vertical wall but on a horizontal ceiling it would just fall off. Amazon was nice enough to refund with no issue. Hopefully my issue is a one time problem.
