Aesthetically pleasing, easy to put on, and light-weight design. The padding is thin but very dense, so protects the frontal area, the lower sides, and the lower back well against blows from punches and kicks. It also allows for good maneuverability.I am 179cm at 67kg, and the XL size I initially ordered was too loose on me, so I gave it to a friend who is over 180cm at 80kg and it fits him well. Instead I ordered a L size and it fits much better.We've only used them once so I'll have to post an update in some months concerning durability.

Very pleased with this purchase. It is well made, comfortable and fits great. I use it for buhurt soft sparring and it protects very well I barely feel hits and it's lightweight so it doesn't slow me down. Highly recommend.

This seemed a good price since I had to buy two (myself and my son). Our karate school started requiring these. First time in 30 years I’ve had to wear chest protection.Well worth it! They’re very lightweight and comfortable. The padding is stiff and thin. It’s not restrictive at all; I’m moving just the same as I always have. Despite all that, it absorbs and disperses blows quite nicely.If there’s any complaint, it’s that it’s hot. You definitely notice after a few rounds of sparring. However, there’s probably no way around that, and it could be that this one is actually cooler than others since I have no other frame of reference.

Don't protect much. Very thin foam and super hard. Almost feel like not having anything on.. not happy at all. The only reason I give more than one star it's because of the way you attach it is nice.

I'm working my way towards a black belt in MMA, which means a lot of sparring with opponents who are of varying sizes and reaches at my dojo. When we're practice sparring, it's with anyone regardless of weight class. I have taken a few hard hits to my breasts, and my sensei told me to get a chest guard or no more sparring. But, I'm a bigger woman with big breasts and finding something that would fit right and allow me to move was really a hassle. This does the trick.It's comfortable; it fits pretty well and protects the girls; it can be adjusted based on how tight the straps are in the back. And it covers around my rib cage, too.

Given that this is such a great price, I thought it would be a cheaper quality as well. The Wesing products on their own site look different and cost a lot more, so I suppose this is simply an older model and that must be where the savings come from. Very well made. Needed this for Sanda training. Feels like it’s going to hold up through plenty of sparring for years to come.
