08-03-2026I’ve only put 60lbs on it for pull ups, but it’s held up perfectly so far. I’ve used it twice a week since I got it, and there hasn’t been any issues with fraying or wearing. It’s comfortable and doesn’t feel awkward like some belts I’ve used in the past. It’s a great size for my 31” waist, but could easily accommodate larger and even a little smaller.
