Soft and very warm. Not too bulky to scrunch easily into coat pockets. Look lovely too.

These mittens keep my hands and wrists very warm, and they are wind proof. They are super-soft, well made, with quality construction and sturdy stitching. They offer the warmth of my snow gloves without the bulk. The lining is a surprisingly high quality fleece: the entire lining is the same as the light gray band around the opening, and it covers the entire inside (meaning it’s not just decorative).A pleasantly surprising bonus is that the interior seams are all smooth; in other words you don’t feel cut edges of material inside. I have arthritis with significant inflammation and swelling in my hands and fingers: sometimes cheap seams pressing against my skin will be agonizing. These mittens are a good choice for people with arthritis. Love them!

I bought these mittens for a trip to Utah in January. Temperatures never got above freezing and were in the negatives on some mornings. These mittens kept my hands warm on their own most days. On the coldest days, I added merino wool glove liners. They were perfect together! This is the first pair of mittens I have owned and I love them! I do agree with some reviewers, the tag sewn on the top of the outside of the mitten does not look the best. The label should have been placed inside. I may attempt to remove the labels as suggest by some others.

Amazing mittens: warm, the fit is perfect, they look stunning... Sometimes I look forward to going outside just to wear them and am now contemplating buying a red pair.

I am a marathoner who regularly runs in sub 30 degree F temps in the Winter. I had tried dozens of running gloves, but none could keep my hands even remotely warm, especially once they got a little wet in rain or snow. These mittens are the first thing that finally worked. They are extremely warm - so warm that at times I would have to take them off for a few minutes to prevent my hands from sweating too much. These mittens feel very high quality, have a soft Sherpa inner lining, and the pattern is not overbearing. They are thick mittens but still allow for movement are easy to pull on and off quickly.

I was so surprised on how soft and pretty. They fit great but just a little short in length. Well worth the price and I highly recommend this.

I’ve had it with gloves that don’t warm the fingers! I bought these for the cold Chicago winters. I’m very happy with them. The lining is soft. The pattern is lovely. I didn’t want black - everyone wears black out wear around here! These are a nice change from the depressing dark clothes of winter. Mittens - they actually do keep hands warmer, much warmer. They are also easier to slip a hot pack into for the below zero days. The material is thick, but not overly so.

Very soft and warm, even in MN winters. Great color. The size of the mittens themselves are perfect, but the left mitten feels very tight in the crease of the thumb and index finger - the lining pushes down sharply against my hand with no wiggle room. The right mitten feels fine. Maybe a different set would be ok? I ordered these same mittens a few years ago and loved them, but the thumbs eventually wore through the outer lining. I'm hoping these mittens loosen up a bit and last a few years, as well.
