I have had some balls be very durable and 1 or 2 out of the box get nicked up. I played a round this week and hit some trees and had no issues. The ball didn’t get scuffed until i hit a bomb driver that caught the cart path and bounced 2 on a touch surface. Price is right, originally my thoughts were the cover is soft. My first hit with this ball was a par 3 124 yards. I hit a 52 degree wedge and stuck it 6 feet from the hole. I was pin high too. However besides my initial use in that one sleeve the rest have been awesome!! My first sleeve my wedge cut 4 grooves into the ball. It was like wow great feel but was shocked by the damage done on the ball. I didn’t take a picture of that ball. Later hit a flush 7 on a new ball and again a cut on the face. I’ll add that photo.Overall 2 balls out of a dozen being super soft is alright with me for that price point. The balls stick to the green and zip too if the course conditions are right. Overall will buy again

Played this ball twice on an executive course. Two sand wedge shots in and the club scuffed the ball both times. Thought it was a fluke the first time. Used a brand new ball on the second hole and it was scuffed again. I hit the green with both of these so it’s not like they touched anything but club and green. Worst quality balls I have ever seen. Completely waste of my money.

I switched to Cut Blue a few months ago. They perform well, probably as well as the premium balls, for most people. I have a reasonably fast clubhead speed, count on the ball to spin on iron shots, and check around the green. I'm very happy with every aspect of this ball, except durability. They scuff pretty easily, almost like an old balata. At this price, I won't complain...I'll just change balls. Best value on the market. High performing 4 piece ball !!

I read some of the reviews and decided to make the purchase, I'm glad I did! Some of the reviews had unrealistic expectations of a $1 dollar ball. I think the ball is fantastic off the driver face and soft around the green. I used to play Sugar golf balls but they got too popular and the price point went through the roof, I expect to see the same trend with this ball. I would recommend buying these Cut balls while they're at the present price range.I would like to add that the average mid to high handicapper is not going to notice much of a difference between the "most played" golf ball on tour and the Cut Blue. I sit at a 15 HC and have played both. The cover isn't the most durable but at 60+% less cost, your expectations have to be realistic.I recently played a tournament using the same ball for the entire round. The ball performed great. I was not always in the fairway and I played out of 3 bunkers and I will play another 18 holes with the same ball given I don't lose it...lol.Stop comparing a 1 dollar ball to a 3 dollar ball. Great ball for the price, just keep the price where it is and I will be a customer for life.

They feel great and fly good. The cover is not durable at all. You’ll get 2-3 holes out of a ball before it’s scuffed too much to use.

This ball is worth the price when compared to other "player" golf balls. Finally got in 18 holes, didn't play all that well but the Cut Blue golf ball performed very very nicely and beyond my expectations. I'm a decent player (10+/-), played in very wet and soft conditions and was surprised with both distance and spin I got out of the Cut Blue. This is not advertised as a distance ball but compared to my Bridgestone/Srixon, ball flight and distance were on the same page. Iron shots were true with a mid launch, no ballooning even into a wind. The amount of SPIN is incredible, even on a wet course with soft conditions, balls landing on the greens would take one hop and back up a bit. This was a pleasant surprise, didn't expect this at all, my playing partners were just a surprised! Ball has a very nice FIRM feel, had no problems putting with the Cut Blue. As a bonus, I used the same ball through 18 holes, hit a tree but generally kept it in play and it looks 90% new. This is a tough ball, no cuts, scrapes or bruises. There's been some talk about how white the ball is, to my eyes, I didn't notice a big difference. If you're looking to add a ton of distance, this may not be the ball for you. If you're looking for a firm ball, a bit of distance, good control and lots of spin, the Cut Blue might be for you. I have no reason not to use the Cut Blue this season. The Cut Blue is not just a great value but it's an awesome ball.*** Note this is for the 2018 Version and NOT the current version of the Cut Blue...

Great, cheaper alternative golf balls. They feel good, perform well, and keep spin rates down. Very happy with them.

I got these for $38 (AUD) a dozen and at that price these are good value for money. At that price Cut Blue is one of the cheapest 3-piece Urethane balls around - only the Kirkland Signature is cheaper. However, these generally sell in the $50-60 range and at that price there's plenty of better options available, options that are both cheaper and offer better performance and quality. On that note, I found the ball had decent distance and decent short-game spin. Softish feel. Nothing anywhere near class-leading though so it's not brilliant, just okay.A major negative for me is that these don't come in yellow - I find yellow balls much easier to find so white is actually costing me more due to the higher loss rate. The big negative that everyone mentions is the durability. I didn't find the durability as bad as many people say, though it still wasn't great. Then again, a ball lasts 4-6 holes on average before I lose it so durability is not a key factor for me.

0 stars - Worst cover durability - 1 hit and the cover tears. Should not be sold. Ripped-off

Easily scuffed. Cheap but wears out 4 times as fast thus not so cheap overall. Subpar consistency with ball performance in both distance and direction. Not much spin control as TP5.

I think the outer layer is too soft and too easily damaged. My wedges cut the ball just from contact.
