It definitely works and focuses well. Nice case and is also made to combine with a stand. For the amount of money I spent on it I regret not buying one that had some type of night vision option or cell phone connection option. If you're not worried about being able to use it with your cell phone and not worried about night vision, this would definitely be a good buy for you. If you want night vision or cell phone usability features, I definitely would go a different route. Feels well made. Definitely doesn't feel cheap. Im not disappointed with the scope itself just in the fact I thought it had features that it did not. The main picture will lead you to believe it has a low night vision capability and unless im wrong, it doesn't. So if anyone out there knows if this particular 1 does have a type of night vision or cellphone usage capability please let me know and let me know how to use it. If indeed I'm wrong I'll remove this comment amd update it. But I truly don't believe it does those things.

Outstanding product, does everything the right way. Excellent light gathering and optic clarity. Focus control is in the perfect spot. Great ergonomics and QC. Am not disappointed in the least. Light weight and easy operation, strap and focus control location helps a lot to keep a clear and non-wavering image. Highly recommend.

I bought this for a trip to South Africa. I used it to enjoy ghe view at Table Mountain and also I took it on a couple safaris. I must say it came in very handy to spot animals that were further away. Unfortunately it was my only time using it because somehow I forgot while dining at one restaurant and left it behind. I informed the tour guide if someone turned it in to her for her to keep it as a gift from me.

Easy spotting ! Nice size reticle/ lens .. Although a 6X, or 7X might be better than this one at 8X hen you're close .. Seems nicely built, with good attached lens covers .. The traditional focus knob/dial is easily accessible with 1 finger .. Only drawback is the focus dial/knob turns a little too easily, and should turn a little firmer & tight .. One bump getting ahold of it without looking while looking up or ahead will move it out of your previous focal length .. But it's easily corrected! .. The nylon case w/strap & belt loop is adequate, but thin material .. The strap in particular .. But it'll do for spotting squirrels high up in the oaks, etc., in early season when lots of leaves are still on .. Great for bird spotting, and observation .. Also great for tree ID by looking at those leaves that are 80-120 ft up! Plus finding, and watching wild trout behavior .. Or to act as a spotter for your flyfishing friend, etc etc .. So far a good product and value overall, for many uses !

I took a chance on buying a mid-priced monoscope and I'm so happy with the product. It's lets me wear my glasses and still see perfectly focused images! Very happy to recommend to other spectacle wearing users who don't have large budget but still want to see things clearly and close up. It is perfect for watching birds and other wildlife.

The child liked it, the quality is excellent, I recommend it.

Better than binoculars.

I bought this for Hiking and they work very well. The ergonomics of the device itself is very well-made and well designed. It’s very easy to use when I’m trying to look at animals during hiking. The magnification works very well despite me wearing glasses. The material seems well-made. The image quality is great and it seems very, very clear. It does come with a bag that fits really well either on a belt or a shoulder holder. I appreciate Hand grip since I sweat a lot, and it helps when I’m trying to use it since it doesn’t slip. It provides great visibility and a good value for the money.

Great product for the price. Great to throw in the glove box or the boat. Comes with a case as well

Took this to Greenland and was able to really see up close to areas we couldn't get to and viewing the whales was special... very clear. easy to use and travel with.

J'ai offert ce monoculaire à mon époux et il en profite tout plein - il a un problème de vision très important et ne pouvait pas utiliser des jumelles pour observer la nature mais là il peut car il peut regarder avec un œil seulement et c'est ce qui règle son problème .
