Body Armour lite drinks are my favorite hydration drinks when doing yard work, or just a regular workout. They are all delicious. They don't have added sugars, and they are low calorie. Each flavor smells and tastes great. They go down smooth.

I love this mango flavor — it’s refreshing without being too sweet. As a breastfeeding mama, I also appreciate that it contains coconut water, which for me seems to help keep my supply feeling steady. It tastes great, keeps me hydrated, and even gives me a little boost of energy despite having no caffeine. I also love the Subscribe & Save discount — it’s so nice to always have it in stock and delivered straight to my door. One of my go-to drinks.

We’ve tried multiple hydration drinks for my daughter’s sports activities, and the Blueberry Pomegranate BODYARMOR LYTE is her clear favorite. The flavor is crisp and refreshing without being overly sweet, and it doesn’t have that artificial aftertaste you get with some other brands. It’s low in sugar but still provides key electrolytes for recovery and performance, making it a solid choice for practices, games, or even school days. She drinks it regularly, and we’ve noticed it helps with energy and hydration without the crash. We go through it quickly, so we set it up on Subscribe & Save to keep costs down and make sure we’re always stocked. It’s a great value and peace of mind.Highly recommended for parents looking for a better-tasting, cleaner sports drink option.

I run everyday so I go through lots of sports drinks daily. I got kinda bored of the other drinks I was having and wanted to find another more affordable drink so I decided to try Bodyarmor Lyte. I choose the "Dragonfruit Berry" flavor and I'm pretty happy with what I got.Pros:- Tastes great! Doesn't have that chemical aftertaste you usually get with sugar free drinks.- Low Calorie! Uses stevia so no sugar is added leaving it at only 20 calories.- No Dyes! This one is a big one for me, it has none of the bs dyes they use in other sports drinks like Gatorade like red 40- Vitamins and Minerals! Contains lots of super important vitamins like b6 and b12 which are super important for our bodies. Good list of minerals too with calcium, iron, potassium, zinc and magnesium, all at good amounts.- Good Bottle! The packaging this comes in is pretty basic but the bottle itself is really good with thick plastic and a good wide cap.Cons:- The coconut water used in this product is a concentrate which is not as good as just regular coconut water but honestly I would not have known if I did not check the label.- Some of the vitamins and minerals are not in the best form they could be. The Magnesium in the drink is magnesium oxide which is not very bioavailable for our bodies compared to something like magnesium citrate or glycinate. Conclusion:For the price I think that this drink is definitely worth it. There are some areas the drink could be improved but overall it is a great tasting affordable healthy drink.Hopefully this review helped!

I wasn't a huge consumer of electrolyte drinks until I started exercising and, specifically, running about 10 years ago.  I'm not really sure what led me to Body Armor Lyte but once I tried it I was hooked!  This drink packs a huge flavor punch for only 20 calories.  Despite some reviewers' claim of artificial aftertaste, I wholeheartedly disagree.  It also seems to refresh me better than water after a workout.  Some flavors taste better to me than others.  I've tried the Peach Mango, Blueberry Pomegranate, Tropical Coconut, Dragonfruit Berry, and Strawberry Banana and prefer them in that order.  The Peach Mango is equally tart and sweet, with also equally balanced Peach and Mango flavor.  The flavor profile of the Blueberry Pomegranate is a little less specific but does seem to reflect the fruits its name represents to some extent.  Tropical Coconut isn't a go-to either for me to purchase or drink, but instead one of those flavors I need to specifically crave but it definitely hits the spot when I do.  Just enough coconut flavor with a balance of fruitiness.  I've never had Dragonfruit so I can't speak to the authenticity of the flavor, but it's a nice one nonetheless.  I'm a huge fan of strawberries and bananas, but not a huge fan of strawberry or banana flavored things.  I likely had this flavor as part of a multi-pack purchased at a warehouse club.  It's OK but I would not purchase an entire package of it.The price point of Body Armor drinks is great when I can get it for $1/bottle.  I try to always keep some Body Armor Lyte on hand for post-workout refreshment, but I also love to drink it as an everyday break from plain water, or to boost hydration if I have been lacking in water consumption.

I’ve been trying to cut back on sugary sports drinks, and the BODYARMOR LYTE Blueberry Pomegranate flavor is the perfect solution. It tastes fantastic — fruity, smooth, and not overly sweet — without that artificial aftertaste some low-calorie drinks have. What I love most is that it’s low in calories and sugar, but still packed with electrolytes, potassium, and coconut water for real hydration. I’ve been using it after workouts and even on busy days when I need a pick-me-up, and it keeps me feeling refreshed without the crash. It’s also great for people who want something more flavorful than water but healthier than traditional sports drinks. If you like berry flavors, this one is a home run.Definitely stocking up on more flavors — but this one’s a favorite!
