Poppi Prebiotic Soda For A Health Gut, Strawberry Lemon, Kosher, Gluten Free & Non-GMO, 12 Fluid Ounce (Pack of 12)
This really taste great the first 2 sips, but after it’s started give out an after taste. Will for sure try the product again but over all it’s good.
I love root beer and this is a great addition to our fridge for a daily sweet treat! I don't drink many sodas due to being diabetic, but I really like this one and the probiotics are just an added bonus! Does not have a yuck aftertaste and is very smooth.
Horrible taste
I enjoy several other Poppi flavors that I’ve tried, but the Root Beer is vile — way too sweet and tastes like medicine. I love root beer normally but this is one Poppi flavor I absolutely will not be buying again.
I've not had a regular sugar-based soda in years. First it was LeCroix that helped me kick the habit. But then I developed a LeCroix habit. Once I kicked the LeCroix habit, I realized I wanted a soda. Here's where Poppi pops in. It's apple cider based but you cant taste the vinegar it does have this aftertaste that is reminiscent of artificial sugars but its definitely not artificially sweetened. Probably not healthier than plain old water but definitely not as bad as your normal soft drink. The prebiotics? Maybe they help? I'd say eating more fresh fruits and veggies will be better for your gut than something that pours out of a can, but better than nothing!
Poppi sparkling drinks are officially my new favorite beverage. They’re the perfect mix of flavor, fizz, and function—with gut-friendly benefits and zero guilt. I wasn’t sure what to expect from a prebiotic soda, but they’ve totally won me over.⸻Why I’m Hooked:• Delicious flavors — Every variety I’ve tried (like Strawberry Lemon, Cherry Limeade, and Ginger Lime) is refreshing, lightly sweet, and bursting with real fruit flavor.• Not overly sweet — Just the right amount of natural sweetness without any weird aftertaste. No high fructose corn syrup—just apple cider vinegar and a touch of stevia or agave.• Gentle on the stomach — Helps with digestion without the bloating or artificial junk in regular soda.• Low-calorie & low-sugar — Usually around 25 calories per can, which is great for a daily treat that doesn’t wreck your health goals.• Great carbonation — Crisp and bubbly without being harsh—super satisfying on a hot day or as a soda replacement.
Love Poppi before Pepsi purchased the brand. These are delicious and refreshing. I would recommend this item.
I love these as a change up from sparkling water or soda! Great flavors and ingredients
At only 25 calories and 5g of sugar you can chug two of these and still be well under the daily recommended intake of sugar. At $2.30 a pop though, they're 5 times as expensive as a normal can of soda, oof.I got a few different flavors to try, so far I've tried 2:[CLASSIC COLA]Classic Cola is meant to ape Coca Cola. The low fizz makes it taste like Coca Cola that is going flat, and there's an undertone of...*sucks loudly on can*Bubblegum? It's good, I just think it needs more fizz to start with.[WATERMELON]It's okay. These sodas have flavors that mix well with the Stevia flavor, I wouldn't reach for this one first though.[DOC POP]It's supposed to resemble Dr Pepper, but it leans heavily towards cherry cola. Not bad.
