best product I have ever bought. I bought it to use myself because I have lymphedema. It really helped me with the swelling in my legs, Now I can wear boots and I couldnt before. My husband also uses it for periphreal neropathy and it has helped bring sensation back to his hands and feet. We also both use it to work on balance which is an issue we both have. I believe it will help us to prevent falls. I love it! easy to set up and use. You can adjust the intensity of the vibration for your needs. It has a remote control that gives you easy access to turn on aand off and adjust the intensity. You can get a complete workout with this machine and not even leave your home. It is a little larger then I thought but we keep it in the living room because we both use it so much. It also does not vibrate the entire house and you dont even know when somebody is using it. I bought the warranty that goes slong with it because I want to use it a long time. Great gift for you or someone else.

I really enjoy using the Vibration Plate. It definitely must improve circulation and my thigh muscles are quite tired after using it. I have an injured knee that precludes me from doing most workouts or using most equipment. I use it on 3 and have been doing the 15” each time, however recently I’ve stopped using the outer position as the injury area aches slightly after. My intention is to strengthen and improve circulation.

Do not buy this item if you live outside of the USA. I bought this in Europe and they sent me a non-compatable item to Euppean electric.

It is a solid product; I have been using it for about 2 years now. I usually do not like to leave reviews too soon after purchase, because you do not really know how well it will function (so I am back logged on reviews:0). I thought it offered a lifetime machine warrantee when purchased, it was confusing, I think it is a lifetime fitness/support warrantee. Regardless, I do love this machine. I feel it is a solid piece of equipment and expect it to last a very long time (unlike, those of us who have experienced some of amazon items that break down too soon). Overall, I like the higher vibration, but now that I have an injury (neck/shoulder), I like the lower settings. I have found a use for all settings. Whether I am feeling spry, need an ear pop, cleansing out, stress tension release, or back/body adjustment, I use the vibration.When tired, I put my donut pillow on the seat, so it does not interfere with the led screen, and I sit. It is great for days where I am so tired that I cannot exercise/stretch - or even stand. I use it sitting watching a film to decompress. I have lower back pain (that comes and goes) and it does a nice job to release tension, and I am able to stretch my legs out so I can work different areas of my body.I also bought a different style that utilizes oscillation and lateral movement. I love that as well. Not at first, I had different expectations for it. I gave it a shot and found a great place for it. I use it for sound baths, meditation and relaxation. It is also great!I am a licensed therapist, and I use both machines personally. I also use them in my wellness business. I do not give reviews lightly. I am very satisfied with both machines. I am happy for my purchases, and they have been wonderful additions in my health and wellness arsenal!

This thing is amazing! I have poor muscle strength in my lower back and recently injured my right growing muscle. I got on this thing the very first day and I could only do five minutes. I’ve worked up to 15 minutes and maxed out on the vibration scale and I do this every day. My lower back muscles are much stronger my abdominal muscle muscles are starting to show through. This is the easiest workout I’ve ever done and it only takes 15 minutes for me. It’s a very sturdy machine. It has an excellent remote, remote control easy to follow. Easy to use. I absolutely love it and I encourage anybody who’s wanting to get their body into some kind of normal decent shape to use this. It’s worth every penny.

Highly recommend! Easy to use everyday to help build bone mass. I believe this helps my balance as I lift weights while standing on it. Very well made and should last a long time.

J'ai reçu mon produit hier et surprise au déballage...prise anglaise donc inutilisable dans l'immédiat...obligation de commander un adaptateur....rien n'est précis dans la description produit....passablement énervé...et je constate qu'il n'existe que des avis anglo-saxons....fait du hasard je suis le seul Français à avoir acheté un produit fabriqué en Angleterre....étonnant !!!!

I used waver vibration it’s good and my all body moved but the machine turn off because the wire was unstableI like it , I will use it every day
