08-03-2026Doesn't quite fit the Total Gym, which has a frame of less than one inch. I glued a couple of rubber erasers into the gaps, after I cut the erasers to size, and it worked perfect. The Ab Crunch attachment for the Total Gym costs $160, which is $100 more. Very smooth and effective exercise and this attachment is very ergonomic. I don't give five stars, but four stars is good. The Total Gym Ab Crunch attachment does have bigger and thicker arm pads, but I attach my own thicker pads to this one. Since I received it, I have been doing 100 ab crunches every day at the top height (2 sets of 50). I recommend you start at a lower height. So good for your core, as well as your digestion.

08-03-2026I thought that this ab crunch accessory would be uncomfortable and was a bit skeptical, but I was wrong. I saved $120 by going with this option instead of the Total Gym Ab Crunch option. I just purchased my TotalGym XLS less than a month ago along with the Pilates accessories and I was having a hard time shelling out more money for additional accessories. I am truly glad I found this as it works great with my Total Gym XLS. One caveat, it does not come with instructions, but the bars are marked "L" and "R", so anyone can easily attach them. I definitely recommend, especially if you want to save a few bucks. This is a great, sturdy accessory. By the way, I did pay for this myself after searching on Google for Total Gym Ab Crunch alternatives.

08-03-2026i am very happy with this accessory, my only complaint or suggestion rather would be that i really wish the pin holes were placed differently so that it sits farther up on the rails (im 6-2 maybe its just me idk) or even better be adjustable, but other than that i use them daily on my xls , very comfy, very sturdy, great price, very satisfied.

08-03-2026Bought this product to save a little money. The Total Gym version of Ab Crunch accessory is 3 times the price.I received product with one bad pin. I emailed seller, they had new part shipped out in under 2 hours.The product itself needed a little modification with felt pads to fit my Total Gym 1900. But, I knew that from reviews before I purchased it. Product is strong and sturdy, customer service is even better!!

08-03-2026This is a cheaper alternative to the Total Gym ab crunch and it fits my Total Gym XLS. The arm padding is comfortable, the equipment is steardy, easy to intall and take it off, convenient when you have only an hr lunch break to excerise. For reference I am 5'4 and 130 lbs and works great for my height /body weight. If you are taller, just know that the glide board doesn't glide under the ab crunch and limits your motion. Overall, I am happy with this ab crunch

08-03-2026Great fit on TG XLS. I'm impressed at the comfort level of this cheaper unit. I see no reason to pay extra for big padded arm supports. I'm a big dude and this did not bother me at all. Now my abs today.... Well, let's just say the product works. :)This item was packaged as good or better than expensive computer peripherals such as $700 GPUs. I was beyond impressed on the quality of the packaging as well as the craftsmanship of the product.It also comes with its own pins, that's a big plus.

08-03-2026I have been wanting an ab crunch attachment for my Total Gym, but they are expensive, so I decided to try this product. This attachment works perfectly with my Total Gym XLS. It is so easy to install and remove. I can really feel a difference in my ab muscles. I am also using it to do other exercises as well. I am very pleased with this product and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a less expensive alternative for an ab crunch attachment for their Total Gym.
