08-03-2026This vendor, ZSRbox, seemed to think it would be a good idea to send me a used item, rather than new, which had been reset and was, and still is, in an unknown condition. Rather than trying to figure out why it was returned in the first place, or if it was somehow defective, I am replacing it. Thanks to ZSRbox for wasting my time.

08-03-2026This product is awesome. This is the 4th box I’ve bought, and it’s the upgraded version of the box that just died after 3 years of use. It’s so good that I now own 4 of them. It takes a little getting used to and the UI/remote isn’t 100% compatible with Netflix, for instance, but it’s workable. The box supports mouse and keyboard which rectifies all the issues I had with the remote.

08-03-2026Remote doesn’t work. Worked well enough with the usb keyboard. I made two changes(turned off location, and edited display size to get rid of the extremely bright triangles and circles on the ever present((for some reason ever present)) dashboard which I can’t access anyway. Now all that will display is “mediabox launcher has stopped” there’s an option to “open app again” which blinks the screen back to this exact same screen where the option is to do this for the rest of my days on this planet. SECOND REVIEW: I’m sacrificing rights and freedoms which nowhere else on the planet exist for convenience and leaving the location settings as default, ordering an alternative remote is a must for the full potential for this product, with the extra remote I had to order separately, I can turn off the stupid droid dashboard which has no use anyway as my tv is not touch screen and I can access all the features and settings I want with the keyboard and extra remote combined. I’m happy with this product. I’ve gotten roughly 6 or more emails from the seller about my first negative review. I think they’re trying to help. I just don’t have time to check.

08-03-2026Great product was a little worried about it at first, i bought it for Kodi to run and Plex, and it runs them great plus has a alot of other options great speeds and overall great on graphics..UPDATE: For some reason I no longer can get my remote to work, If someone could help me or if I could somehow get in contact with the manufactor... as of now the remote doesnt work.

08-03-2026I purchased this tv box as an upgrade to an older tv box. In comparison this little box is much more powerful. I have not had any connectivity issues. The apps I have downloaded all run smoothly. I am not a power user so I can't attest to how well it operates under heavy use. I can verify that this box is great for most normal users and it easily handles my iptv applications.

08-03-2026The Android version in this unit is not compatible with many of the current streaming apps in the play store. I had to use a lot of side-loading and workarounds to get some of the most popular streaming apps loaded. Even after that, some apps would crash and/or not play back video properly. This box is really not worth the time effort and get it properly configured. I have own many of these type of android boxes and this one has been more problematic that most. Quite disappointed with this unit
