Good - I love the sound quality for my classroom. This amplifier is great.Bad - I like to place the amplifier on my desk and walk around the classroom. The mic loses connection when I turn my head.I will be trading the wireless model for a wired model. Also, a wired microphone is required to record your lessons.

It works, seems durable. I wouldn't buy it again, if anything happens to this one. I'll probably try my luck with a different one.I bought this as a replacement to one that was wired that I dropped & broke. It seems alot more durable (at the additional expense of double what I paid for the previous one.)CONS: The mic. and speaker have to be charged separately, and charged after about 2 uses (I use it for about 1.5 hour long each time), and only one coord/ plug is provided. Also if you just leave it on, i.e. forget to turn our off, even if you are not using it, the battery drains very quickly. PRO: It has a counter to tell you how charged the battery is. First the speaker part only. The headset charges very quickly.CON: The speaker emits a pretty loud hissing/static noise, but out doesn't seem to affect the video recording of my voice output. I can hear it with my ears, wherever the speaker is located.It has rubber "doors" where you'll find the plug ins and stuff inside, kind of a pain to plug the charger cord into. Also the charger cord can't be more than 9-12" long basically useless, if you want to charge while using, unless you plan on leaving the unit on the floor, and also charging it on the floor.

I received this in the beginning of April and really liked it. The sound quality was good and it was very easy to use. However by the end of June I was having much difficulty turning the unit on. (Faulty on/off switch?). I continued to use it through July but by August it was completely broken. Since the return period was over in May i’m unable to send it back. This was not a cheap unit. I’m very disappointed.UPDATE: Although the time for returning had expired, the seller contacted me within one day of my review and said they were sending me a new device. I received it within a week. I don’t know if it’s going to last longer, I must give the seller five stars for absolutely incredible customer service.

So far, so good. It arrived earlier than expected so that's always a pleasant surprise. Works much better than the one I purchased in the past. Time will tell though because the one I bought before (different brand) didn't work so well to begin with but also stopped working after very little use.

This worked great and out performed some other folks at our event with 'better' 30w units. I actually had compliments from our participants on how clear my delivery was over this. Took a few mins to understand the multifunction buttons. But this is a very quality and versatile unit for the price!

Cheap product for the price. . broke or was already broken when received

Currently I teach future special education teachers at a university. With having many students in my classroom, I can find it challenging to be heard over them when we are having group discussions. Since, I started using this voice amplifier I no longer have this issue. My voice is now loud and clear so my students can here me. Plus I never lose my voice trying to talk over the students, the amplifier helps with this issue. I love that I can teach all day and not have to worry about the battery life of this amplifier. My students performance has increased and the background noise has been decreased. This tool is needed by every teacher. It has been a game changer for the way I teach. I love that this voice amplifier is lightweight and portable. Thank you so much, I am one happy teacher!

I have a Shidu SD M800 Voice Amplifier. Bought it in Jan 2020 (119$CAD). It worked just great. I did not regret the purchase. Now, Nov. 2021, I can't get more than 2 meters (6 feet) from the speaker without having the mic disconnected from the speaker. And yes, both batteries are fully charged, (the mic and the speakers).It's a problem.Now (I have added this part on Jan. 22), two years later, the thing does not work anymore and the mic battery can't be found anywhere. The Shidu contact that came with the package does not work.

I bought this to use for my food truck because customers get busy chatting and aren't paying attention when their order is up. I love that the amplifier is loud enough to be heard in a crowd with music playing outside the truck. The one thing I don't like is the on/off switch because it is nearly flush mounted, making it difficult to turn on and off if you need to do so a lot. Because I need to turn it off after calling out an order (or not speak to me employees in between orders), I had to find a place to hang the headset while leaving the device on (but out of range) and then move over to the device to call out the next order. So it's lightly inconvenient because of that but otherwise, I love this device. It saves my voice and I don't have to yell out the service window!

I am a riding instructor that has a difficult time sitting and giving a lesson so I needed something that would be mobile with me. The speaker worked beautifully for the first couple lessons and I thought what a wonderful thing, then after fully charging it for the next day of lessons the headset would not connect to the speaker and completely stopped working. I am so incredibly disappointed in this product - I understand it is only $100 but it should work longer than 1 day of use. I would like a replacement or my money back but never received either.

The unit is small and it works really great. I hold safety meetings inside our production shop with approximately 60 employees and they all are able to hear me loud and clear. Easy to use and it holds the charge pretty good. So far everything is working as it should.

Received on same day!Used on same day!Here is where and how we use!We have everyday gathering in local community service center where we listen to scholers for about straight 2 to 3 hoursRoom is approximately 13 x 30 feet with around 40+ peopleThis little amplifier works as we expected.We charged fully and gathering started at 8:50pm and last till 11:15pm with continuous speak and at full volume.After gathering finished, speaker battery was still st 51%This amplifier will go on same usage for next few days and will update again after.

I used this product in my class especially when I am doing math exploratory and hands on activities because students loved it when they are engaged. Before buying this, I struggled a lot on how to deliver clear instructions to them especially when our activity is set in an open space like outside the school building. This helped me a lot to deliver clear expectations of the activity since the product can amazingly amplify my voice and has better audio quality compared to my previous amplifier. It has a long battery life as well. I charged it at night and I can use it the entire day in class.
