I spend way too much on fitness. I bought N1Fit pushup equipment because 1) I work from home and wanted to add a low cost item to my existing fitness equipment, 2) I didn't want to spend the money to make it myself, and 3) I wanted something I could include when I travel. Let's look at the claims.1. The incline/decline (depending how you place them) is a benefit. I can feel the focus on a variety of muscle groups.2. I haven't used them enough to speak for the low impact nature, but I feel no strain when pumping out a 30 rep set.3. These are almost weightless, and transporting them is a breeze. On trail runs I can carry them for a cross fit style routine (yeah I could use what nature give me but that can be hit and miss). Disassembly is easy as well.4. I'm 183 pounds and I have no fear of breaking these while performing pushups.5. The non-slip nature is my only gripe. The hand pads are comfortable foam, but the end caps for the floor pipes are plastic. I would prefer they were rubber for better grip. I have hardwood floors and I'm mindful of slip potential. That said, I've had ZERO instances in which these have slipped. Just be mindful of this feature.The slip piece is not enough to not drop these down a star. The product detail is valid, and for the cost these are an excellent purchase. Don't overthink your purchase. Don't think you need bells and whistles, or some heavy grade material. It's a pushup.

hurts my wrist

I have selected this product which is much expensive than another one I was thinking of. Surprisingly, I have received exactly same item that I did not select, not at all similar to the pictures shown by the seller. Very disappointed.

Trash. The grip on mine doesn’t even line up it’s not symmetrical cheaply made go buy from Temu. And believe me I assembled it correctly. It’s not symmetrical.

First, let me say how incredibly affordable this product is and super easy to assemble. This product came as pictured with no damages. It was so easy to assemble, just two clicks and you're done. It literally took two seconds to assemble these push up bars, and when I got this in the mail I honestly thought it was going to be wobbly, but I was shocked to find out how sturdy it was. After setting it up, I tried to do a couple push ups and surprisingly enough it didn't budge at all. The quality of this product is so amazing and I can't believe how affordable it is.Second, you can literally take this push ups bars wherever you go and it's not heavy at all. These are extremely lightweight so I will definitely be bringing this to the gym once I go back and also when I travel cause I still want to get my workout in even when I'm out of state or out of the country.Third, this product does the job! I've been working out from home since covid and these come in handy. Also, there are times when I do push ups and put too much pressure on my wrists and these push up bars are amazing for fixing my problem. I definitely feel the difference, because now I am not putting the pressure on my wrists since I have not felt pain. This product is incredible for stability and will allow you to increase your range of motion. I've been feeling a lot stronger lately since doing push ups every day especially with these push up bars making it more challenging. This is a must for muscle and strength development.I highly recommend these push up bars! So worth it especially for the price, you can't beat it.

Truthfully, I thought these push up handles might be sort of a gimmick. I mean, they looked so simple; so basic. Well, I decided to purchase a pair, anyway, and discovered that they are excellent!They snap together in seconds, and that's all there is to it. The push up bars have a slight angle to them, meaning one side is shorter than the the other. Therefore, depending on how you position the push up handles, there is either a slight downgrade or a slight upgrade - allowing the user to do either "incline" or "decline" presses (push ups). Therefore, they are extremely handy at targeting either the upper pecs or the lower pecs. I use them in my home gym which has some basic indoor-outdoor carpet, and these push up bars never slip. I find that the padding on them is completely adequate to protect my hands. I also use weight lifting workout gloves when I do push ups and work with weights.I love blasting out push ups with these little guys. They are very effective, and I immediately noticed the difference on my upper pecs (which I wanted to target). They are a great addition to (or substitution for) the regular incline bench press and incline dumbbell presses and flyes. I don't travel much, but for people that do travel these incredibly lightweight and small push up handles can be tossed in a suitcase or in the car and taken anywhere.I highly recommend this item!UPDATE February, 2025:Still excellent in every way. Consideró que el producto tiene una buena relación calidad precio. Es el segundo producto de la marca que adquiero y me parece que son muy resistentes, con estas barras son primeriza así que aún me falta mucho pero me han servido bastante sobre todo para evitar lesionar las muñecas

for the price you cant go wrong. The would appear pretty cheap and flimsy since they are made from plastic but they so far have held up. The handles are comfortable and feel good. The only thing I don't like is that caps are plastic and want to slide on the carpet.

Not quite what I expected but that is my fault for not reading more carefully. I wanted flat not angled push up bars. I tried them out anyway and they work as expected so no issues there. They were only about $10 when I ordered them so I cannot argue over the price. They are very well padded so they are super comfortable to use.
