This is a high quality, multifunctional mat and I highly recommend it! I needed a mat that wouldn't slip, that was bigger than a yoga mat in order to do different types of workouts, that would protect the wood floor, provide some shock/noise absorption and a place to rest the dumbbells, and this mat does all of the above. I has a bit if weight to it, so it stays in place but easy enough to move.

I wanted to get more active while still spending a huge amount of time at a keyboard and listening to podcasts, so I purchased this. It has worked really well so far. No assembly needed, and it's light enough for me to pick up the end without the wheels, and easily wheel it around. It does roll smoothly, so no worries about having it on hardwood floors. I did buy a pad to go under it though. I am 5'7" and worried about having to shorted my stride to walk on it, but it is mot a problem. I am going to slap together a small table top or something to rest my arms on while using the keyboard - I have zoned out while walking and found myself trying to step on the front, off the back, or way off to the side. A small table or something will help keep me centered in place (I do not have a standing desk yet). It is quiet and seems well designed and well made, not the usual from China. I am loving it so far and have no reason to think that will change as this seems to be well built.

Just a simple pad to go under my small treadmill. No smell, lays flat, just right!

Size as advertised, perfect for under my Peloton. I think this was a better option as compared to the pricier Peloton mat. Thicker than most mats, easy to wipe off/clean, no odors. Keeps the bike in one place, the mat does not shimmy (mat is on a tiled floor). I can not speak to durability as it is a new purchase. So far, pleased.

It’s a good walking mat, super affordable, and works as it should. It isn’t super loud and hasn’t gotten off track since I bought it a few months ago. It would be nice to be able to pause it rather than only on/off but I imagine you have to pay more for those type of features. I would recommend.

I purchased this mat about a month ago for my training bike. It perfect and easy to maintain as I have two adorable cat. Decided to purchase two more for the garage entrance to replace current carpets that were magnetic cat hair retainer!! Now our entrance is clean and safe.

it looks and feels durable. did place it under my HORIZON A7 TREADMILL and so far, so good, helps with the noise due to wood floor and living in a 3rd floor. but when I raised the treadmill to clean a few days after initial set up it is quite dented. hopefully won't tear. good quality and price overall especially with all the "shortages' of everything nowadays.thanks.

This mat has become my portable home gym. I put it by the pool area or under the trees in the backyard to do all my workouts: push ups, planks, squats, jump rope, I can do all my exercises on it. It is the prefect thickness to provide a soft stable surface that is comfortable and easy on the joints. i have noticed a big difference on my knees and hips since using this mat to do double unders or burpees. It's been a real joint-saver! Larger than a normal yoga mat or any jump rope mat out on the market, it is the perfect size for a personal exercise space to do anything from hiit, weights/kettle bell work, stretches, yoga. It seems quite durable as well, taking hits from weights and rope rather well. It doesn't seem to absorb sweat and odour at all though I do wipe it down with a wet rag after every use. Grooves on the mat surface make it a bit hard to clean but not impossible. Great value for money with prompt delivery - overall, a highly recommended home gym solution!

I liked the fact that the mat fit right away. It's quiet and protects the floor, and it didn't have any odor, which is rare with this kind of product. I have been using it for a long time, and so far it has proved to be excellent. Before that I tried the usual thin mats, but they quickly deformed and did not give such stability. The material leaves no marks and is easy to clean!!! The product fully met my expectations - practical, comfortable, and the price is very reasonable. I think it will last a long time.
